Amazing service

I just wanna thank Rocky and his team for helping me with buying my second car I really need it something that was reliable for the winter and I couldn’t be happier, truly amazing service



******STAY AWAY******Although I found the car I was looking for and at a fair price once the Owner Rocky received my money he couldn't care less about you or the car he sold. I drove off the lot with a light on that I brought to his attention, he said it would go away. It never did so I brought it to BMW, they addressed the problem saying it was the tail lights, and after calling Rocky back he was kind enough to let me bring it back. (I say kind enough but the problem shouldn't be there to begin with.) They changed the light in my bumper and told me it was all fixed, despite having the light on my dashboard still on. The next day I brought it back to BMW thinking it just needed to be reset, apparently there is no reset for tail lights and the light on the dashboard will go away once the problem is fixed. I call Rocky back and he is beginning to get frustrated with me, (I don't see how, the car has a safety problem with the tail lights not working properly) I bring the car back and even their mechanic can't figure it out. Long story short, Rocky and his team didn't fix the problem, he basically told me to go xxxx myself by telling me he can't do anything and called me a liar because he said I'm making this up and didn't go to BMW. Not to mention, I noticed my tire was torn (My fault, shouldn't seen it from the start) and now I have to get that fixed. I feel if his team can't properly fix this issue they should find someone who can. He sold me a car with a light on THAT I BROUGHT TO HIS ATTENTION. Do not trust this man because once he has your money, you're dead to him. Other then that, my new (used) car is beautiful and I hope I don't encounter anymore problems anytime soon.


Sold us a hurricane vehicle

Bought car as is (of course) for 7000$ (financed) the oilpan was so rusted through my mechanic didnt want to work on it and labeled it flood damaged right away. After replacing oilpan, brakes , calipers etc, we are now stuck with an undrivable vehicle (2006 XTerra) truck is mint except for the whole lower half. The bearrings are so shot, the brakes are whats holding the wheels in place. Im serious. Weve been on the highway with our two children in this vehicle. They want us to bring the truck down so their mechanic can look at it. Im not paying a flatbed fee for them to explain we bought as is and thats it. They are CROOKS.


worst place ever

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Went back and fourth for a week and a half on trying to purchase a vehicle through them. Constantly saying they needed more information and kept pushing to put a deposit on the vehicle. At the end of the week when they said I almost had the vehicle but someone was looking at it and I should put a deposit on it. So believing I had it and and I just wanted to make sure I had it. After that day, they did not return phone calls/ emails. They push for a deposit and then disappear.
