Bentley Indianapolis

Best buying experience I have had in a long time. Found the car online and hashed out the details via text and phone, so when we picked up the vehicle, we were in and out in under an hour. I read some great reviews for Bentley Indianapolis and some not so good, so I got scared...initially we were going to have the car shipped to our house, so I decided going there in person was best. I found the people working there very nice and not pretentious. Our car was in great condition and was exactly what was described online and in the video/photos.

It took my 5-6 attempts over 10 days to get a response from this dealership. I emailed and called and no response. When they finally got back to me the car sold the day before. I missed out on the car I wanted from this dealership because they failed to get back to me

I was very skeptical abt buying car online and that too from Indiana getting shipped to NJ while doing everything via teams or online live chats or videos. But I have to say that I'm so glad and very happy with the purchase of 2024 M4 convertible. I wanted to really Thank knowleageble, honest, trust worthy sales person Josh who not only helped me throughout the buying process but even after the delivery, was still guiding me if I had any questions. Amazing ethics and honesty, very rare to find nowadays 👏 👌 pls keep it up and get a raise! 😀 definitely recommend him, just do yr due diligence with the lemon squad and don't rush to sign papers. Review it thoroughly. They tend to make errors when compared to original proposed or accepted sale(accounting/book keeping). You have to be specific when do u want them to run yr credit, bcos the interest will start accumulating that day. overall good experience will definitely buy another car in near future.

I ending up finding the Dealer & Dealership online on a random search from Cars.com The Dealer was GODSENT! He was professional, understanding and paid attention to detail. There was no pressure! When my Credit Union gave me a hard time. Josh ask me to give him an opportunity to help. He did and got it done. I was able to get the car of my dreams. That speaks volumes when you find a Dealership that you travel two states away that can make it happen when others can't. The Dealership itself is a whole another example of excellence. Everyone was Professional & Kind! I have a Dealer from now on that is more like a Concierge in the Car Business and also a Friend for life. If you are looking for High-end Luxury or just a simple A to B transportation, give Josh an Opportunity to help you. I'm glad I did!

The guys at Bentley were great. Especially Joshua. That’s my boy right there. Joshua wasn’t even my main salesman but he took over once my main salesman didn’t deliver. Joshua was consistent with his help by doing everything he could to get me my dream car. My dream car was on the lot but another customer beat me to it. So they (Joshua & Daniel ) helped my dreams come true by ordering/bringing me my dream car after the first customer had purchased the first one! I’m forever grateful!
