My experience at Jefferson City Nissan was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. Glen Christian was the most professional, friendly and knowledgeable salesperson I have ever dealt with! The purchase of my vehicle went so smooth, and I got the exact vehicle I wanted at the right price!

Stay away

Went in to trade a 2021 with 12400 miles on it and in excellent condition. They wouldn't even offer Kelly blue book value. Terrible. Very rude sales manager!!

STAY AWAY FROM KEVIN WARREN

I have worked with many dealerships over the years to purchase a car. Kevin Warren is by far the worst, most unprofessional salesperson I have ever encountered. He is a genuine sarcastic unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. If you even consider dealing with this dealership, stay away from KEVIN WARREN, If you get a text from him, don't even bother reply and ask for someone else. He is the worst, he cost that dealership a sale on a car that was a pretty penny.

This is my third attempt at making a service appointment.

This is my third attempt at making a service appointment. Nobody will answer the phone, nor will they call you back. I even asked a sales person to take a message to the service dept. Then I went on line. Nobody ever called me. So I drove up to the dealer and informed the tech and he said “we are busy.” Then he didn’t want to service my car. After I requested to speak with his boss did he decided to take my car for service. Once you are in the service is good.

The most disrespectful and veteran insulting

Not only is this establishment beyond shady and full of lies and bait an switch tactics. I am a disabeled veteran on very hard times I spoke with a salesman about my situation my credit everything necessary for the deal. He not only assured me financing he told me I would get 4000 above the value of my car for a special promotion an on top of that I would get helped by as he referred to it a vip manager. I told him I was nervous to drive 2 hours on my limited budget he assured me again no worries. So I drive all the way there to a cluster f first of all. Second within 2 minutes I was told by the man helping me I was lucky to have been injured at war. Then the salesman I spoke with on the internet comes over an all of a sudden now that I'm at the dealers its not 4000 anymore its up to 4000. So they look at my car, now in the days leading to this I had several offers by other dealers all of which were with no special offers at all an all of which were equal to there offer or more. He tried to give me a bull sh.. 😒 speech about how it was the market changing I asked oh the market changed that much since 2 days ago when I spoke with your salesman ? This was beyond the most insulting bs crooked attempt at tryimg to screw me over as if I was a mentally incompetent child I ever put up with from a dealer start to finish this was about a 6 min experience. The nerve of these assbags to tell me I'm lucky to have been injured at war an lost my health an unable to work. The words I would love to use I won't but I suggest staying far away from here and ask my fam friends an military bros an sisters to stand with me.
