We had a very smooth experience, bought a new Pacific

We had a very smooth experience, bought a new Pacific Hybrid and traded our old van. In and out quickly after working the deal via email and phone. The service department was straight forward had long hours and has had EV tech available when we needed it.

I bought a 2022 Ram 1500 limited longhorn .

I bought a 2022 Ram 1500 limited longhorn . I drove 7 hours in traffic from VA. I told them by the GPS I would be there around 530 to 6 pm . I text them to let them know the amount of traffic , that I would be there around 7pm . First they said they couldn't wait that long . When I got there they complained because they missed time with there family . I just spent 7 hours there and almost the same to get back. Then tried to charge me 14 percent interest then after hours of going back and forth came down to 8 at 72 months. What a rip off. Then said they would clean the vehicle , after driving 7 hours still wasn't done . The power running boards barely worked. I was told because of how cold it was thats why they are like that, wrong . The motors on the running boards are bad from binding up from none maintenance to them . Used 40k truck and didn't even fill the gas knowing I just drove that far. Price was different on paperwork ,not by much but already agreed and still was different . Told me they would clean the leather in the back seat because something was in the leather ,said they tried and didn't come out. I didn't in front of them in less than a minute. I know they didn't clean it because they sent me videos and it was still the same with ice all in the bed of the truck . I told them I don't go back and forth but still called and text over 20 times and more emails. Lucky I did go back and forth or I would have paid for there next vacations for the next year or 2 . The attitude of finance ,how I held him up from doing something with his family and I just spent 7 hours in traffic . Don't trust them , don't believe them . They will lie about everything ,everything . I just read some other reviews just like this . Beware !!!!

We bought a 2015 camaro from jim shorkey.

We bought a 2015 camaro from jim shorkey.they knew we were coming to see the car.the car was completely dirty.we ended up making the deal and signed a whole stack of papers.we left without getting any copies. It took two months of calling to finally get the coppies.once we got them we noticed they had slipped in paint and interior protection which we didn't want.the charge was $1695.we asked repeatedly to cancel this lux care.was told they won't cancel it and refund a portion of it.i have notified the pa.atorney to have this investigation started.dont deal with with these people. They are running this luxcare scam on a lot of customers (just saying)

Worst Car buying experience ever.

Worst Car buying experience ever. In August 2023, I was interested in a Jeep and completed all applicable paper work. This was the beginning of my awful experience with Jim Shorkey Automotive. First, the salesman showed me a car that had not been through the shop for inspection yet. They proceeded with the deal as if everything was ok with the car. After the vehicle had been through the shop it was communicated to me that there was transmission problems that would require either a brand new transmission or a rebuilt one. Once I discovered this, I backed out of the deal. I did however find another Jeep that I was interested in, but in a different state, and the same salesman said he’d get it shipped to Jim Shorkey. When the vehicle arrived, it did not have the agreed upon options I was clear that I needed—(air conditioning!). At the end of August, I decided to walkaway altogether, but have not been able to continue shopping for another vehicle because it took another 3 months for Jim Shorkey Automotive to re-record the title and get the loan reinstated to my name! In that time, Jim Shorkey Automotive didn’t provide me with any communication along the way. There was no proactive response to the error of prematurely paying off the loan of my existing car before I took delivery of a new vehicle and it has been a nightmare to sort out ever since and as of today 12/6 it is still not completely resolved. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would.

My salesman was Steve L. He was amazing! And Gabe, was also amazing at everything he did for me I can't wait to drive my 2018 Dodge journey crossroad.

Rubicon 392

I began texting the sales person Derek about a car they had on their lot. I wanted the same vehicle, the same color at the same price because the one on the lot had already been sold. He agreed to the price. We drove over an hour to get there only to find out that they wanted to charge us $10,000 more for the exact same vehicle. I had the texts and pictures of the car with the price included and they still would not honor the price on our way home. I called the manager Tim and left a message and he refuses to return my phone calls.

Great experience

This dealership has got to have the best customer service I have ever experienced. After looking for another Dodge Challenger after my first Challenger was totaled by a drunk driver last year and searching the web I found this beautiful 2018 Challenger T/A 392 and since I was about an hour away I decided just to drive there and look at it. Upon arriving I was greeted nicely by Jerrett and even though it was raining pretty good, we went outside and looked at the car. After I inspected it and seeing was in great condition, I asked what the cost was (after seeing and hearing about how other dealers were trying to get for popular cars but not here). We went back inside and after talking for a bit (and fixing one glitch, on me not these guys) I got a great deal and drove away very happy. Thanks Jerrett and Derrick and the entire staff. Whenever I am ready for a new vehicle you will be my first call.

Go see Mark Fashion

So many people have anxiety over buying a car but if you go see Mark Fashion (Sales) - Pat (Finance) it will go as easy as buying a loaf of bread minus a bunch of paper. lol. All kidding aside everyone at the dealer made me feel welcome and was genuine in my opinion. Thanks to Mark I love my new Chrysler 300!! I wish could even tell more people about my experience! (I met Mark at the dealer 3 weeks ago).

Excellent Overall Experience

It was a perfect experience with Keyshawn from the original email exchange through the purchase process. He was straightforward and upfront, which is extremely refreshing. Although I passed at least a dozen dealerships on my way there, I will definitely go there again for future purchases.
