I had the best experience with Rogers Suburu. Since I was an out of towner I really depended on their input. They sent me pics, videos and could answer all questions ahead of time. I drove there 2 days later to pick my car up and couldn't be happier. I can only say good things and would highly recommend Roger Suburu.

Great sales person and vehicle!
All of the staff I talked with were friendly and helpful. I ended up buying through Peter Gregg, who was fantastic! He followed up on all my questions, online and in person, and never put pressure on me. I highly recommend him as a sales associate! Delivery was ahead of schedule and I love my Crosstrek even more than I expected to.

I had received a quote for repair of 550-600 dollars in
I had received a quote for repair of 550-600 dollars in Moscow to repair my 2017 Outback. I called Rogers Subaru and I spoke with Kara. She told me that that part was under extended warranty. I brought my car down and was surprised how nice the new building and waiting area were. It was very comfortable waiting. Everyone was very kind. Great customer service beginning with the first call to Kara. Thank you Rogers Subaru for an excellent experience!

An honestly good dealer
Getting hard to find new Imprezas. This dealership was easy to work with, and when I need another car I would be happy to come back. Communication with Salesman Dane was very responsive, and when I finally drove to Lewiston to pick the car up there were no surprises. Best of all no dealer markups!

roger subaru lewiston are SCAM ARTISTS
I bought a vehicle from rogers in march 2021 for 11,800, before the first oil change was due crap started happening! check engine light came on, had diagnosed and result was needed new catalytic converters $2500 after replacing the converters got yet another light indicating i need a ne EVAP system $2000 low oil signal came on, immediately checked oil and sure as xxxx it was low and had metal shavings on the dipstick now gonna need new motor and when my motor in it now gives out it will be 10k. New hub bearings $500x2 needed new plugs and wires, $250 Needs new CV axles $1000 4 wheel drive system stopped working 300 miles after purchase. KEEP IN MIND ALL OF THIS CRAP SHOWED UP 1000 MILES AFTER PURCHASE. I also found out that if the engine codes are erased it will show up again at exactly 1000 miles... Justin and the crew were contacted and i was told they would look into this and and make it right 5 months later NO CALL SHOKER!!! rogers subaru in lewiston is a complete SCAM and they are ok with xxxxing the american people for a quick buck.....

I arrived at the designated time & was pleased that the service was accomplished along with a car wash within less than an hour. Thanks Rogers Subaru service Team for great service on my 2010 Subaru. My daughter had taken the car work out of town. As she arrived in Lewiston she had an issue. We got the car to the service team at Rogers Subaru and Jason had someone look at it right away. Unfortunately it was a head gasket issue. I worked with Jason on the phone from 530 miles away. Jason kept me informed all during the repair process and they were able to get it repaired very quickly. Thanks Again Jason McCarthy and the service team at Rogers Subaru .

I’ve taken my Outback here to be serviced a couple of times for routine oil changes and a safety recall. Each time I’ve been here I’ve been greeted by an employee in the politest manner! They’re very transparent with what’s going to happen and approximately how long it will take. They always offer to wash my car, too! I’ve never been to a more easy going, friendly car dealership in my life. I love my Subaru and Rogers Subaru takes great care of it!

I’ve taken my Outback here to be serviced a couple of times for routine oil changes and a safety recall. Each time I’ve been here I’ve been greeted by an employee in the politest manner!
