Excellent to work with and went above and beyond!

Excellent to work with and went above and beyond! Drove and dropped the car off at my house and paperwork was done in 10 minutes. Made car shopping very easy and near painless!

Sorry excuse for a service department

Horrible, I paid for the extra warranty and they can’t tell me what it covers. Probably lines their pockets I’m guessing! I’ve bought several vehicles there and the service continues to decline. Be aware!

Terrible service, worst Dodge Ram service I’ve ever had

Terrible service, worst Dodge Ram service I’ve ever had in the valley. When I went to get in the truck, there was no matt , smelled like diesel, engine light was on. They loosen something up, started to hear a rattle. Not to mention I dropped the truck off at 7:20am and didn’t get it until 6:30pm. Then of course got over charged for all of this.

Great Service Department

Ryle Bottens ( service manager) took great care of me and I highly recommend the service department at Rogers. In addition the other associates were very friendly and helpful 😎

Randy Tipton was very courteous and professional in the way he handled my car service appointment. He made sure all went well and wanted to know if I had any concerns I felt needed addressing. A very good experience!

Sam Greene was a pleasure to work with.

Our Company just purchased a new Ram 1500 through Rodgers. It took a little longer than expected to arrive. This was no fault of Rodgers, and Sam Greene made sure we were informed of any progress. I can't say much for their after sale service since we just received the vehicle but Sam made sure the buying process was a great experience. If he didn't know the answer to a question he would find the answer a promptly get back to me.

CAR BROKEN 23 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE!

Very disappointed! 1st time I tried to buy a truck from them they couldn't help me and I bought a truck the next day from karl tyler after rodgers said I couldn't get a loan. Well I just bought a AS-IS vehicle had it for 23 days and it shut down on me. My car has been in the shop for the last 2 weeks as of today. All I'm getting Is the run around. Now I have to buy a new motor out of pocket because I didn't take there service plan. I have never dealt with a dealership that doesn't have a 30 day guarantee policy that the car will run for 30 days. I had the car for 23 days and I have purchased a vehicle service contract but its invalid for 20 days from the time I purchase the policy which I bought it 2weeks after. As I had to wait for my pay check after I put money down. The 20 day grace period is because the vehicle is not suppose to brake before the 20 days after purchase. I have had to call to find out what was wrong with my car. I've gone down there I've gone to my bank and they told me what to tell them. Still no light at the end of the tunnel. So I'm stuck with a broken tahoe, a $36k loan and I need 11k to buy a motor not including labor. They were suppose to have a meeting with the owner yesterday 10/08 yet I have not gotten a response or answer when they said they will call me. So the moral of the story you will have thoes customers that take advantage and you have the honest one you just BURNT! I feel like Ive just been thrown under a bus that I went to a bank made a 36k loan to have nothing for it. I leave for Hawaii for my brother funeral services in 5 days yet I'm dealing with this crap for the last 2 weeks. Im a straight forward person. Either your going to help me no not all you doing us dragging me along just to deny me any help. The stress is real!

Bought a GMC Yukon Denial from Fabian Glenn andwas...

Bought a GMC Yukon Denial from Fabian Glenn and was promised a rear hitch cover because the one on the car was broken and they didn’t have the color in stock that day. Called multiple times trying to resolve the issue, have text messages from Fabian saying they sent it to our address and we never received it. Called the GENERAL MANAGER Jack, said they never promised anything, that it wasn’t cracked leaving the car dealership, and they will not send one and he hung up on me. I own my own business and if I treated my customers this way I would expect a unhappy customer and negative reviews! I do NOT recommend buying from Rodgers Dodge VERY unprofessional!

It’s sad

It’s a shame that this is a Rogers dealership. My family has purchased 11 cars from Rogers Toyota in the past 3 years and they are excellent to deal with before and after the purchase. I made the mistake to decide to by a Jeep from what I thought would be an equal experience from another Rogers dealership but was sadly mistaken. From the time we purchased the vehicle the front-end makes a clanking noise when stopping and starting. For 5 months they have had the car in and out of service with one misrepresentation leading to another. Had to get Jeep customer care involved which helped commutation but little else. I have been waiting on a call for a part they believe is the problem that was ordered just to find they have had it for a week but never let me know. I have now started the process to enact Idaho’s Lemmon law which is a pain but at least the Jeep nightmare will end soon.
