Wonderful Experience! The car we purchased from John Frione was $4,300 less expensive than anywhere. We were overwhelmed with all of the late model cars on their lot. You will definitely buy a car here, if you visit A+++

I bought a car from Victor. He was friendly but on the test drive he told me to ignore the rattling sound because of the way he mounted the dealer plate, and it turned out a loose rear body panel was rattling. I have to conclude that he knew and was covering it up. I need to fix that panel now at my expense. Also when he messaged me after the sale he got the type of car that I bought wrong, so he can’t even keep track of that two days after…

Inquired about a car over email and was put in communication with Luis Serrano. While they were helpful at first, as I asked questions they started to pressure me further into the process and became increasingly short with me. When they sent over the proposal, there was $2,000 worth of extra options, none of which were advertised on the website or reflected in the original price. Some of these were things such as a GPS for $900, which the car is already equipped with from factory. They also wanted to run a credit check before even discussing the removal of these extra options that I did not ask for. They also would not budge on the final price and insisted that they had the best deal on the market, despite the cars.com listing showing it as above average when compared to similar models. They eventually told me I should find a car of this model closer to me that has more miles for more money and ended communication. Despite me having great credit, offering to finance through them, and giving a very reasonable offer that was more in line with the average market, they were not interested in negotiating with me and decided to be passive aggressive instead and lose out on a sale. Quite unfortunate.

terrible experience. Typical slimy sales woman Louise Serrano. They tack on the craziest fees, fees for in car features LOL. They want to charge extra because the car has collision avoiding technology. Are they nuts?

Amazing experience with both the salesman (Vic) and finance department. Vic was amazing. Courteous, helpful, absolutely no pressure or “up-sales”. Entire process took less than three hours. Highly recommend. Seamless experience. Thanks again Vic.

Luis was a prepared, kind, and cordial associate who I had the pleasure of working with. After some honest negotiation and a little bit of elbow grease, he got me to my number. My Dodge Hornet has been great! He made buying this car a breeze and was very responsive over email as a pre-vetting process.
