Absolutely everyone at this dealership was amazing;

Absolutely everyone at this dealership was amazing; beginning to end. They were helpful and attentive without ever being pushy. This is my fourth Hyundai and my third from McCarthy of Olathe. I don’t believe I will ever do car buying business elsewhere even though there are other Hyundai dealers closer to my home.

Absolutely everyone at this dealership was amazing; beginning to end. They were helpful and attentive without ever being pushy. This is my fourth Hyundai and my third from McCarthy of Olathe. I don’t believe I will ever do car buying business elsewhere even though there are other Hyundai dealers closer to my home.

Based on experience with the Olatha location.

Based on experience with the Olatha location. This is not a location I would recommend. They definitely don't go the extra mile to get your business let alone repeat business. The vehicle itself is nice. However, they lack in other areas. I only received 1 key to the vehicle not two. If I wanted a second key, that would be an extra $500.00. They had 24 notice i was buying the car. Yet, at the time of pickup, the car was dirty on the outside and only a 1/4 tank of gas. Is this dealership one I would recommend to friends and family, absolutely not.

This Dealership "WILL NOT" Honor their Warrantee!

This Dealership "WILL NOT" Honor their Warrantee!!..We have a 10 Year 100,000 Warrantee.Our Vehicle has 60,000 Miles on it.2018 Sonata.This Model has a Documented History of Oil Consumption Issues yet The Dealership Refuses to Honor the Warrantee! Why? Because We couldn't Provide the 6 Years of Oil Changes that were performed every 3,000 miles which were performed by Various Businesses.They Refuse to Honor their Warrantee on a Vehicle that they know has an Oil Consumption Issue.This includes Recall Notices & Class Action Lawsuits.To My Veteran Brothers,State Away from this Dealership,Do Not Buy a Vehicle from this Dealership!! F-.

Completely refused to repair my oil consumption issues on my well maintained low mileage 2018 Hyundai Sonata. The 10 year "warranty" is a joke. Do not buy from them . Way to treat a disabled veteran. You should be ashamed of yourself

Trying to get Santa Fe service through warranty company.

Trying to get Santa Fe service through warranty company. The warranty co is being obstinate requiring full engine teardown but ALSO I can't get Max (service) to give 7 day status updates. 5 voucemails this week ď kit a dingle callback. Dealer has had the vehicle for 4 weeks. No closer to resolution than on day one.

Able to work with all parties to seal a deal when purchasing a 2024 Hyundai Tuscon. Rebates, trade in and specific unit. Purchased 5 Hyundai’s since 2016. Family loves them.

I appreciate how Collin took the time to go over

I appreciate how Collin took the time to go over everything with me. I also greatly appreciate the sales manager Gary Newman who has taken care of me and my vehicle and went over and above on my behalf. I would recommend McCarthy to others.

Reached an agreement on a new vehicle pretty efficiently;

Reached an agreement on a new vehicle pretty efficiently; however, the finance person was very slow and I had to spend hours at the dealership to wrap up. The finance person tried to pressure me into some after market additions. License plate on vehicle turned in was never returned to me, and thus I couldn’t seek a rebate from the state. Individuals at this business do not respond to email questions/concerns and fail to follow up questions/concerns.

I purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Tucson from McCarthy

I purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Tucson from McCarthy Hyundai 7 weeks ago. Shockingly, it has spent 22 days in the dealership due to persistent issues. At around 200 miles, the car began having trouble starting. I informed our sales rep, Grace Perry, who told us the battery was faulty. However, after several days, they concluded the battery was fine and suspected an energy draw elsewhere. They eventually replaced the battery, but the problem persisted. We opened a case with Hyundai corporate, and after two more weeks, they determined the issue was with the fuel pump and replaced it. Given these extensive issues, I approached Gary Newman, the sales manager, for a trade, but he was dismissive and rude. He valued our car at $30k, a $10k drop in just 900 miles, despite similar models selling for $38-40k. Gary even insinuated that we caused the fuel pump issue, which was both insulting and inaccurate according to their own technicians. Overall, McCarthy Hyundai has been unhelpful and condescending, and I regret our $40k purchase. I strongly advise against buying from them.
