They are scammers!!! Don’t give them your money!! They should be shut down!! Stay away!!

I worked with the owner Rich. He seemed nice at the time and said if I had any issues to contact him...AND I SURE DID. Purchased a car from him after being told that it was his son's car and that it was in great shape, minus the ripped seat and broken air vent. Not only did the paint quickly start to chip and peel in a section of the car that had been in an accident and very poorly repaired, it also was missing pieces. The engine consumes 1 qt of oil within 600 miles and will cost more than I paid for the car to fix. Beyond all the issues with the car I cannot even get it registered in my name. My DMV stated that it appears before my purchase the title was filled out by the same person and that it doesn't match the name on the title. I was not able to find this out until recently since the car spent so much time in the shop. I only received one response in 8 months of trying to speak with him. when I did reach him, he said he's not dealing with this I should have contacted him earlier and he hung up on me without discussing any sort of reconciliation. UNTRUSTWORTHY DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I would have been better off blindly buying a car from an auction online

Ok. So I go back for the cob-job muffler..you pole remember? 3 pieces of 8” pipe picked up off the floor of the shop(?) so I go back and this punk kid-with a BIG mouth (26?)You know how they are at that age starts yelling at me back that they’re NOT gonna fix it because “I’m” the “one” yelling!! Oh my fing GOODNESS!!! Man alive! I was fit to be tied!!!

Prime is my go to dealer. Hard to find a place you can trust these days. I have been coming here for years and have bought several vehicles from them. Rich has always been helpful and even helped me fix my credit

No clue how to diagnose an engine issue. Repeated requests for an alignment led to intimidation by an employee. Brought vehicle to a real mechanic to be told need new engine. Told prime and response: Don't come back its not our fault. This was after 29 days and 450 miles. What a joke and waste of time and money.

Took my car in for body work and I found the staff to be very friendly! Rich explained everything to me and I had the car back in 24 hours. The repairs were flawless. I will be spreading the word about the service I received here. Two thumbs up from me!

Truck for sale was terrible. Pictures online didn't describe the damage. Dash board was all ripped apart. No driverside seat belt. Radio didn't work. Terrible experience.

I bought a chevy truck in December. I went there yesterday because my windshield wiper fluid wasn't working. They took it right replaced the squirter motor never charged me and changed my oil while they had it. I love this place
