BEWARE Sale Manager Eric, who will tell you that you

BEWARE Sale Manager Eric, who will tell you that you must purchase the add on because it's already on the vehicle or they will need to lower your trade in. Note you don't need to trade in vehicle with them go to KBB and sell it to another company who will buy it with tax cut without having to purchase a car. Eric, would not remove the add cost that states it's complementary on their website under pre-owned vehicle cost and it's also shows it can be remove based on the window stickers below the add on. Sales manager Eric, will speak fast and ramble to make you feel that you have to get the add on and pay for it. All items that I said I don't want it or need it.

I was visiting from Phoenix.

I was visiting from Phoenix. I had just had service including cooling system flush at my Phoenix Jeep dealership. My Jeep near overheated several times on the drive over, forcing me do drive under 60mph and turn off my AC on hills on the way to Las Vegas. I took my Jeep to the Prestige Jeep dealership near my hotel to get it checked out and they wouldn't give me the time of day they and said they were too busy to help me out. I then took my Jeep to the nearby Jim Marsh dealership who, despite being just as busy, looked at my Jeep the same day and deemed that it was safe to drive back to Phoenix a few days later to have my local dealership look at it. I was helped by service advisor Michael Rains who was very understanding and didn't hesitate to help me out. It was very heartwarming to know that there are people out there who go out of there way to help others in need. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a vehicle at Jim Marsh knowing I have the support of an amazing service department.

I’ve purchased many cars over the years - Gabe is by far

I’ve purchased many cars over the years - Gabe is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable person to work with. His passion is the car industry and it shows - he doesn’t have any red flags or cut corners when it comes to selling high quality, solid cars at a good price. I felt the sals staff had my best interests in mind, wasn’t pushy or aggressive whatsoever. Highly recommend working with Gabe and Eddie to buy your next vehicle!
