The wait time and communication about the wait time was unsatisfactory. When I dropped off the car the representative told me 2 1/2 hours. I was waiting... in the customer. At three hours I checked with and he said it was just finishing up. Took another. Communication about the status is standard and expected and very disappointing that there was none. Four hours is a long wait for basic maintenance service
