I have no complaints about Fort Lauderdale Grieco Chevrolet. I have been dealing with Khai. He is professional, caring, and addresses all issues. When I need parts for my SUV, he keep me updated for when they are coming in.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. If I could give zero I would. The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been waiting 2 months to get my C8 fixed with a transmission issue. The people who answer the phone know nothing and made we wait 1 month to bring my car in even though I told them a had a serious transmission issue. When I finally was allowed to bring the car in, the rep through it was for an oil and transmission fluid change. I then waited 11 days for them to attempt to fix the car where I was given ZERO updates. I would call and text the number I was given and was ignored by my rep. They then tell me my car is fixed, so I pick it up drive it twice and it was worse than before. I call where they tell me “we thought our quick fix would work, we will have to order the part we need”. So they knew there was still an issue requiring a bugger fix that they didn’t tell me about and let me drive the car. They were ok risking my safety and my car because they didn’t want to pay for the repair since it’s covered by warranty. I brought the car back and was told I’d be another 7-10 days for the party to arrive…I still have not been told what the part is or what’s wrong with my car…but the rep told me to drive my car “it should be fine” because they don’t want to pay for a rental car. It’s been silence for 7 days with no shipping updates,so I called today 3 times today for an update and each time I called I wasnt able to speak with anyone. I kept getting told I’d get a call back and never did.
