Avoid this place like the plague. DO NOT VISIT, AVOID, AVOID! Pictures on various auto search sites were extremely misleading and deceptive. I live over 2 hours from location and called for more information on a vehicle which appeared immaculate in the posting. Was refused a video call, in 2022 where every phone imaginable has this capability! Refused additional information and asked to come view the vehicle in person. Due to how this appeared online I drove down to find a vehicle in disgusting condition, no vacuuming or wipe down performed on vehicle and previous owners’ trash still located in vehicle. Tire flat on one side. Hood would no close properly and as soon as opening found had extensive frame damage and missing bolts and alignment on mounts were off by inches. Would have been easily found on video call. Was of over 5 hours of wasted time and money to visit location. Employee said they weren’t aware of any issues with the vehicle, which was a blatant lie. Lot had maybe 50 cars on it, and they all appeared trashed and gross. Lazy gross car lot.

If there was an option for zero stars, that would be my rating. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and took it for an inspection the next day which came back to have a list of problems. We contacted the dealership again and they said they would fix the problems for us. We dropped the car off to have the problems fixed and we did not get our car back for more than a MONTH. We had to call multiple times for an update as nobody was giving us a direct answer about our car. Finally, they said they couldn’t fix the issues with the vehicle and not only that, but we picked the car up with more issues than before. The dealership said they couldn’t do anything to help us even though they handed the car back in worse condition. Terrible customer service, and no sense of urgency with the matter. I would NEVER purchase another vehicle here or recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

Owner lied about fixing ac and didn't disclose leak. Lied about it, worst vehicle I've ever owned. Do not go there. Giving all 1 stars, cause 0 or negative isn't an option.

I travel alot and need storage for my teebags. I was told this suv was great for teebagging only to lied to and disappointed. :(

DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!! My husband called yesterday and asked very detailed questions about this vehicle before driving FIVE HOURS to go look at it AFTER receiving misleading information about the vehicle! He was told there were no check engine lights on, the air worked, and no rust, all were NOT TRUE, and the pictures online made the car look AMAZING, LIES!!!!!! They TOOK our deposit (that was not told to be non refundable)!!! My mother works in car business and is one of the most honest and caring people when it comes to selling, ESPECIALLY when the customer lives in a whole other state!!! The sales lady that my husband dealt with today is a complete JOKE!!!! When he gets home from driving 5 HOURS I will get here name and add it to this post, bc she is a crappy person!!!! This dealership is a scam, and is just out to take peoples deposits! I am absolutely disgusted and can’t believe places like this actually exist! If you want a GOOD car from HONEST people come to SERRA CHEVROLET IN JACKSON, TN, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! I can’t believe people are actually okay with doing this to good people. Looking into a lawyer to file a lawsuit against these horrible people! Buying cars from crappy auctions and trying to make money off of them, especially when they are complete junk is not right and should be a crime!!!! I will go above and beyond to make sure these people pay for what they did to my family!!!!

If u want a working vehicle do not go there horrible on every level I Bought a vehicle there and it last me six months and now I am with no vehicle

Called 3 times about a particular car, even communicated about a specific price to show up and be handed the keys for the car, only for the “owner” to tell us it had been sold to the carmart across the street. We called the morning of to make sure the car was still available because we had an hour and half drive. Well, we were really interested so we decided to go see if the carmart would meet us closely with pricing we had already talked about. We get to carmart and they tells us that they have no idea what we’re talking about and have never spoken to anyone at prestige auto. The whole business is SKETCHY! I was hesitant to even buy a car from these people considering their reviews on facebook. Do not buy from them!!!

The work car dealership you could go to! Staff is rude and even though the cars look good on the outside they have serious mechanical issues

I absolutely would never buy from the car lot if you can even call it that! They are more like a junk yard they cars might look good on the outside but they are severely mechanically damaged! Get any warranty on writing

Bought 2006 Jeep commander he guaranteed me nothing was wrong gave me two days to bring it back if something was wrong. As soon as I drove it off the lot the gauges didn’t work he said he would fix it. After he supposedly fixed got half way home the ac motor goes out engine light comes on and gauges mess up again. They said they would fix it! After they supposedly fixed it again and it everything started going crazy half way home I took it to 3 garages that told me this truck had been under water and was unrepairable. I called them and they all the sudden couldn’t hear me on the phone then quit answering so I called from a different umber and they said they were not Walmart they would not take it back
