I had a great experience with Mainline, even though the

I had a great experience with Mainline, even though the process was not easy these guys made it very easy for me and surprisingly the team is very multicultural. There isn’t a language that they don’t speak which makes it very convenient. Thank you to sales Reps!!!

Unethical Sales Staff

This is not a reputable dealer. I contacted them to ensure the car was available at that location. I was told it was. I asked if he was sure, because they have two locations. Again, I was assured that it was there. I went straight there about 30 minutes later and was told that the car was sold and if there was any other car they could interest me in. I asked why he lied to me, and he said that he was sorry. I pointed out that he lied again because his intention was quite purposeful. I left, intending not to return. Two days later, he called me and asked if I was interested in another car. Again, I made clear that I was not because of his lack of ethics. After saying that he had no intention of taking the car offline and I should not tell him how to do his job, he said that he wanted to apologize. I elucidated that he now lied to me a third time, for his intention was clearly not to apologize, but to sell me another car. This is a VERY unethical dealer!

Not an Alpina

This car is advertised as an Alpina and it's not. This is false advertising, so I'd be afraid to do business with them because I don't know what else is false.

Do not Use Gene

Do not purchase a vehicle here especially through a so called sales men name Gene. This guy will lie to your face and go eat lunch after does not care less. READ what you are signing I did not. They will not show you the Carfax. I called Capital One who they partner with to let them know what they are doing. I’m waiting to hear back from there upper management from finance.
