I was so badly treated by them and ripped off by their old manager!! The sad part was that when I finally was able to tell someone about all of it...he... was cold and rude!! I thought maybe they would want to make things right with me , but they did not. I know they have lost at least 8 sales because of the way I was treated. If they could have just tried to make things right and been understanding , I could have understood them having that terrible manager and got rid of him. Do not sorry me and then do not stand behind your customer!! I was stuck between a rock and a hard spot .....I wish I would have just walked away.
I purchased a used truck from them and drove it the couple hours home with no issues. The NEXT DAY I was towing a boat that is well under the max tow rating... of the truck. The truck literally shook and got extremely loud. Sense it was after hours I called and emailed the sales rep that I had purchased the truck from. I was completely ignored and never received any phone calls or emails from the rep or the sales manager in return about it. Come to find out in order to fix the issue it will cost me almost 8k. Thanks Todd Wenzel's for absolutely nothing but debt and a pain in my a**. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE THAT ASKS TO STAY WAY. ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS.
Lets face it, nobody likes going to a dealership and trying to figure out the price and vehicle that fits you. Asked The Used car Salesman if he could get a set of car keys and he told me "no you are already working with another salesman, go get it from him." Very... unfriendly and obnoxious towards me. Would never ask this salesperson for another thing!!!!
I drove 40 minutes only to be told the vehicle i was interested in and had called about shortly before was already promised to someone else. And sales... staff not at all friendly or caring, just slick used car salesmen who look at you not as a person, but as a potential check.

Drove 95 miles to buy a truck that I was told they still had before I left only to discover that they sold it 4 days before.

Twice we inquired about some vehicles. We weren't able to come to an agreement on either vehicle. The first vehicle we made an offer and they turned it... down. About two weeks later the salesman called and said that he could make the deal work. We drove to the dealership and met with the salesman and they actually wanted more than our first offer so we ended up leaving. Then about two more weeks later Todd Wenzel had lowered the price below what we offered but never contacted us. We let it go. The second vehicle (different salesman), we couldn't come to an agreement on the price. Before we left we were told that they would watch out for other vehicles in our range and when it came in we would be contacted. I recently saw a vehicle on Cars.com from Todd Wenzel and have yet to receive a call. Makes me wonder what kind of service I would get if I ever needed it. They don't seem very anxious to sell a vehicle. Very hesitant to shop there.
