The dealership accommodated us with a specific time of service. From the time I dropped off the car to the time I picked it up I received continuous updates on the status of my car. The dealership also provided a pick up service since I was unable to get a ride to pick up my car.

Went to get the recent recalls addressed. Todd was the advisor I interacted with - great experience.

Smooth process setting up my service appt. Staff was friendly and the dealership is nice with a comfortable waiting lounge. Good inventory too on parts and new Jeeps!

If you’re looking for a service center where you can post a review without being told to never come back again, then don’t schedule an appointment here! They send out surveys and then when you honestly respond, they cut you off as a customer! But not before allowing you to schedule another appointment, pay a diagnostic fee and then while you’re checking out, the cashier tells you you’re not welcome back due to your last review!!! Then why did you let me book another appointment months later!!!??? Also, more importantly,why did management not reach out if the review was so poor??!!! Horrible way to do business!!!

Scheduling an appointment was very easy. Service personnel were very quick and efficient. Was refreshing to know they really cared and asked if I had a question or concerns. Kept in contact personally when they were close to being finished with work.
