Astorg Auto of Charleston

I bought a Mercedes off of Astorg and they seemed responsive during the buying process. The salesman delivered my car and promised to have a "Concierge" call me within 2 days to set up the Mercedes app on my phone and help me go through things. The salesman also promised to look into the GPS system since it didn't come with the navigation card to see if it was supposed to. I never heard back, so I called the dealership and no one would help me. I got transferred from service to sales to concierge, back to reception, etc. I have contacted them 9 times and left messages and voicemails with every person I can and they refuse to even return a call! I've never been treated so poorly in my life, and this is a MERCEDES BENZ DEALER!!!!! They do not deserve to be in business the way they treat customers!

I recently attempted to purchase a Mercedes at the conclusion of my lease and was given a runaround by the dealership. We received different prices by three different salesmen and the sales manager failed to call us back. Our salesman was extremely good to work with but the manager was very disappointing. I will not deal with them on the future instead the dealership in Columbus Ohio was great to deal with. This is less convenient but anything is better than Astorg. Great car bad dealership

One and the easiest car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Diana had everything ready for when I got there. She was so nice and caring. Everyone we dealt with made everything so nice and easy!! Wonderful dealership!

My first Mercedes purchase and these guys all made it so great! I went in to purchase a used vehicle but left with a brand new one because it was what I wanted and actually a better deal. These guys made it happen and made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
