Trade in rip off / did not honor advertised price
First off, don't trust the sales reps, they will lie to you, but that goes for most places. I traded in a 13 subaru impreza WRX STI Limited for a 17 Toyota Tacoma. They offered really low, I haggled a bit, and the rep came back with a page saying they can buy them for $9k at auction and would sell it at $12k. I called the BS told them I got an offer at $13k, they said it needed new tires, I told them they were a year old, and finally got a little more but not what I actually wanted. Due to time constraints and an impending storm afoot, I could not sell it myself. Well, today in my browsing, I see my old Subaru posted for $21k...a lot more than the "We would only sell it for $12k". When you trade in a vehicle, do your research ahead of time, get many quotes, and don't settle on their offer, you can get thousands more else where. The truck I purchased was actually at a fair price, but they wouldn't honor the posted price in the windshield saying "that was a sale price from a couple days ago". I did get them down a little on price, but not to the sale price, but again, no time to shop around anymore, and pickings were slim for my vehicle expectations. Overall, I am mostly ashamed in myself for not holding my own and pushing for a fair trade in and making them honor the "sale" price, but they also are very miss leading. Also, catching them in a lie is VERY satisfying, so I highly recommend knowing ahead of time if your tires need to be replaced (get a measurement if you can), and get quotes at many places (CarMax usually offers the most).

Rikcar
Hassle free buying experience and I would recommend friends and family. They even gave me my first oil change for free, the new facility is very comfortable.

4,000 for a 2020 Grand Cherokee?
How about you change the listed price to reflect the actual price of the vehicle and not just list a 2020 Grand Cherokee for $4,000. Obviously that's not the real cost of the vehicle. Please use this website properly so I, the shopper, can also use it properly.

Same Experience As Others - Disappointment
Tried to work with Faith and this was an overall disappointment. It’s the standard dealer runaround with the sales people knowing nothing and leaving you stranded for hours while they “go ask the manager”

Horrible Experience
I am extremely disappointed with my experience here and still cannot believe that I was treated so poorly. Most people would think that the car buying experience should be fun and exciting; this was the complete opposite. I had come into the meeting just asking for a test drive and to get a rough estimate on what the total process looked like. Before I knew it, I was sitting in the finance office with them telling me the vehicle is all ready for me. I never once stated that I was looking to walk out with a vehicle that day, as I had set my expectations with the salesman prior to meeting with him. My biggest issue was with the salesman and finance manager. The amount of things that I was told just to try and get the vehicle off the lot was ridiculous. The finance manager was extremely disrespectful and specifically told me “I was stupid for not taking such a good deal.” I had taken a few minutes to make a phone call while I was meeting with him and all I got were snarky remarks. Once I had told him that the numbers didn’t look good to me and I wanted to think it over, they began to pressure me more with the typical, “This vehicle will be sold tomorrow morning if you don’t buy it now.” The salesman came back in again and began to pressure me more. When I began asking about a warranty which was never mentioned to me, I was told that a warranty was unnecessary for a vehicle like this. Really? I also did not like the fact that they tried to sell me on the manufacturers warranty when the vehicle only had a year left on it. The salesman stormed out after I had told them “no” again and I never heard from him again. I was never given back my insurance information and my state registration for my car, so I had to go back the next day to grab it. The salesman was there, and instead of coming over to me and apologizing for forgetting to give me back my paperwork, he handed it to another salesman and walked away. The customer service was absolutely horrible and I would never recommend this dealer to anyone.

Good vehicle, good service, dirty vehicle.
I bought my vehicle site unseen as I was 6 hours away. I knew that's the one I wanted. They delivered it to a meeting place which was great all with in 36 hours. Got it home and looked it over good, I was disappointed that I had no service records at all. No vehicle booklet(this is a 2016), the old owners info still in the glove compartment and it was dirty. I mean not detailed or cleaned at all. Very disappointed in that. This vehicle comes factory with luxury floor mats, this one has 3 cheap ones and missing the drivers floor one. More than just small details where missed. Makes me wonder if it was looked over at all while there.

Good Price on Car Ba Organization of docs and sale
I did receive a fair price for the vehicle but the price was not worth the hassle with the buying price as I could have went to other dealers to get a similar price on the vehicle. I was a cash buyer so know issues on my end other then getting the vehicle that I wanted. I gave all the documents that were required and the sales team and manager kept on losing them and being disorganized and dishonest with where they were place and what was going on with the location of the car. I used truecar to buy the car and this dealer said they had the car and could get the car at the best price (which they did give a good price) after the sale they wanted to get the same documents a week later (as they were lost or misplaced.) They also wanted to change the title as they said they gave out a discount that was not able to work for the price in which the name was titled. More then 2 weeks after the sale (my check was cashed immediately)(when my temporary tags had expired) I still have not received a title or a bill of sale or a license plate. I went to the secretary of state and the car was still not in my name and the dealer had done nothing. I spoke with Pete (owner I believe) he said they were missing insurance paperwork....which of course was provided 2 times already (1 time by email once by text along with the actual sales person calling my insurance). Still waiting on licence plate and title, will give an update if needed. As for this dealership I would suggest going elsewhere if you are looking for a no nonsense sales process. I wish I could give 5 stars as it started out great...but then realized it was all part of the process.
