We are from out of state visiting and needed service on our vehicle. They were great and got us completed very quickly. Highly recommend!

I have owned 4 tundra’s and trade them every 2 or 3 years. Two I bought from Gettel. My recent service I was told I need new lug nuts not covered under warranty. Of course the nuts are starting to round because of careless impact driver use. Service tech said they were $26 each. Five on each wheel so you do the math. I do minor research and I can get original OEM Toyota nuts online for $10. Sad that Gettel decided to gouge a loyal customer. I will never return to that dealership again and may buy a Ford F-150 when I trade next year. Penny wise and pound foolish. I hope it works out for them.

My mother and I were treated with respect. Everyone was very polite & courteous. Even though we couldn't afford a newer & more expensive car, we weren't made to feel less important. Our salesman Jon was incredible! He was the best salesman my mother or I have ever had & we are both over 60, so that tells you how many salesman we have had in our days. He was patient with us when the first car we looked at turned out to be too expensive, after going through all the paperwork. He found us another car that turned out to be a much better fit for us. We LOVE the car Jon picked out for us. As we were in the process of doing the paperwork, my mother had made the statement of how good a danish would be. She said she wanted a flakey one. I told her that's what happens when we don't eat breakfast. Jon, my mom and I all discussed eating breakfast, whether we did or didn't, why, etc. After we had finished our paperwork and were waiting for my insurance company to call him back which they said could be an hour and waiting for our financing part of our car deal to happen, Jon snuck out for a few minutes and came back in with three boxes of flaky Danish! We couldn't believe he did something so kind, so thoughtful & considerate. He offered to get my mom coffee but someone had emptied the coffee pot. Jon was absolutely amazing & I have never called a salesman that before. We moved on to the financing & she was great too. She did everything she could to help us financially. I had a check from my insurance company & she said they couldn't take that, did I have a check with me, I told her no. She asked how long it would take me to go home and get back. I told her a half hour. She was going to ask Jon if he could follow us home and pick up the check from me as it was going to be closing soon. Jon said he would be happy to follow us home. He came to pick up the check & helped me program my Bluetooth as I had no idea how. He explained everything in the car to me & was patient with me when I asked him twice about something. He had no time to do this at the dealership but he didn't have to take his time & spend it with me showing me everything about my car. I would recommend Gettel Toyota used cars to everyone looking for a good used car. And Jon, I can't say enough good about him. Oh yeah, he said if I needed anything, to please call him & he would help me. He is a huge asset to your business! Thank you so much!!
