Auto World Omaha

I traded in my 2020 Camry AWD for a 2016 Silverado High Country 4x4. They got me a loan with a local credit union which I got a great rate from 4.25%. I also purchased a Gold Standard warranty and Gap. My truck is covered for any issues. I ended up working here and am now a salesman with them! What a crazy World. I love it here. Take what I am saying with a grain of salt I am biased but happy none the less.

There a lot of used car dealerships in Omaha. Bought a car from here, drove it home and the next week I had nothing but problems with it, drive shaft broke, power steering pump went out, the balljoints had to be replaced. Contacted the owner and his reply "I guess you have bad luck with cars". Offered no help, in fact was extremely rude . Many used car dealers to spend my money with! Never again!!

I had such a great experience at Auto World. I was in need of a newer used vehicle and Jose went above and beyond to make sure the car I was looking at was exactly what I needed. I have never met a salesman so caring. There was no pressure at all, and he was able to answer all of my protective fathers questions. It was hard for me to say bye to my old car but I absolutely love my new one and know that I got a fantastic deal from a great shop. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with Auto World! Jose was helpful from the get-go, answering not only all of my questions but also my overprotective mother's. They were super patient and waited for me to convince my mom to let me get the car, for our credit union to approve our loan, and for me to actually have time off of school to get the car. Jose was courteous and professional and didn't even get mad when I texted him in the middle of the night. They had already brought the price of the car down 1k during the time I was trying to buy it. Unfortunately, my mom (who cosigned my loan) decided that it was still out of our price point. The good thing is, Jose saved the day and they lowered the price another 1k so that we were able to get the car! Not only that, but they delivered the car to us when we weren't able to go pick it up. We had an issue with the key fob right after getting the car, so I had to take it into the shop - Auto World reimbursed us for this as well, although the check took a little while getting to us. I wasn't really upset about the wait though, because of how patient and kind the dealer was with me throughout our whole process - I figure the least we could do is show a little patience back. I'm extremely fortunate in that I was able to get exactly the car I wanted and didn't have to settle. It is in near impeccable condition, low miles, and has all of the features I was looking for. It's not just a car to me, it has become the place I go for solace and is extremely special to me. Jose and Auto World made my dream a reality and I couldn't be more thankful! If I were looking for another nice used vehicle, this is probably the first place I'd look.

I purchased a Chevy Silverado, and I love it! It was a great experience! Everyone there was more then helpful, honest and made the whole process easy! They sell quality vehicles and make sure you are completely satisfied! I recommend it to my friends and family! I will be back when looking for another vehicle.
