Do not buy from here

Worst place to buy a car EVER, sold me a Mercedes that had not been serviced for 5k miles, everything in god creation was wrong with it. It overheated so bad one time I couldn’t drive it, the AC didn’t work I mean it was a nightmare then when I tried to get my money back they came up with a million excuses as to why they couldn’t give me my money back.

They are frauds

They owe me for a down payment for a vehicle that was bought but they lost all paperwork and everyone either got fired or quit.

Be aware and beware

I'm sorry to say that tho they were able to finance me I ended up with a car that is completely ruined. After getting hot in my passenger side I found my head lights were together by zip ties, my back end is totaled and shocks struts etc are worthless. Sadly even after purchasing an extended warranty for 3000i can't contact them to have it repaired because it's pre existing! Now I have a500. A month car payment on a car I can't even drive, thanks Shannon and Tim for not keeping your word even when you verbally committed to fixing the issues! Be aware have your cars inspected

Watch your step!

I paid cash for an SUV with only 90,000 miles on it. The engine blew up after 90 days. and now no one is available to take my calls. Watch your step. And that's only the latest chapter in the fiasco in the catastrophe that was doing business with this lot: - They were supposed to do some minor cosmetic repairs as a condition of the sale. It took almost two weeks to get it done. And when they finally did it, it still looked like crap. Despite Tim Neese (the owner) acknowledging that the work was shoddy and that "his people must've sent it to someone besides his regular guy", he did nothing to make it right... and quit returning my phone calls. - I paid cash, but their accountant Murad still tried to force me into signing a document that allowed them to run my credit. When asked why, he said "I do the paperwork, this is what you do. Please sign." Despite my refusal to sign this "necessary" document, Murad was still able to complete the transaction. Those are a couple examples of my experience with this dealership. I'd say save the headache and buy your vehicle somewhere else. But be careful, this guy runs multiple lots in the area.

Unhappy

I really debated whether or not I wanted to write a review on Google. In July we purchased a van from them we knew that our credit was not good. We offered to come back at a different time with a cosigner to get a better interest rate but they really wanted to help us get financed they said. We'll put down $1,500 on a 4800 caravan that day and left. About 10 days later they contacted us and said they needed more paperwork that we didn't send so we sent it who worked with them continuously and in the end the financing did not work out. So they offered to finance through them so we put down 300 more dollars that day to a total of $1,800. We told them on day one but we could afford and with the bank financing it was more than we could really afford but we could make it work however financing in house causes payment to double. The worst part about this situation is they had to change the price to over $8,000 the van did not even Blue Book for what they were charging us the first time. At this point they had our down payment and when needed the vehicle so we were stuck. Today I met with a financial planner to work on a plan to build your credit up and the office could not believe what they had done to us they explained to me that this was yo-yo financing and then you from the beginning we probably wouldn't be approved but by taking our down payment they would have to lock us into the buy here pay here and knew they could charge us more. So we're stuck paying double on the van and even worse our financial planner advises that the dealership is part of Auto Plaza USA which has been featured in the news recently for having several issues coincidentally our sticker for the license plate with ship to them and this was when the issues that was going on with Auto Plaza USA if we has not seen a specialist in the financial industry we would not have known so please take the warning I have both sets of paperwork to show the price difference of almost $4,000 in the Blue Book value on top of all that they have called several times asking we change a review on another site to a positive one. The financial planner wants me to take it to the attorney general the people working there seem really nice so I'm unsure if that's what I want to do I understand they have families and are doing a job that they were instructed to do. I will make a clarification and say i was on leave for knee surgery for two weeks trough this we told the salesman that he said no issue. We never agreed on a price double blue book value. You left us no choice you have nearly 2000 of ours we couldnt go anywhere else. Every bad review they have murad attacked the reviewer in the response learn to help upset coustmers instead of attacking them.

Dealer response

Thank you so much Krista for sharing your vehicle buying experience with our dealership but we wish you were truthful about it instead of making up stories and twisting the truth, nothing has changed on the dealership's end other than we tried to get you better financing which we did, but due to your lies and false information you gave us and the loan company your application ended up being rejected. When the loan company called to verify your employment, you had no job. Then you called your ex-employer in hopes to have them lie for you and they refused. You also went to the loan company in person and got caught in lies there as well. Both the ex-employer and loan company will verify these statements to be true. I don't know why you think others owe you and the situation you're in is everybody else fault, nor will I probably ever understand this. However, we still put all your wrong doings aside and kept you in the vehicle due to your sad stories. Of which at this time I am not even sure if we should believe now. With this said, all legal documents are signed by all parties involved. All parties were thankful and happy at the time of the signing. Now out of nowhere, you start complaining when most people would appreciate a business going above and beyond to help a consumer even when it goes against their better judgment. You had the opportunity more than once to do the right or even back out of the transaction. You never did and still aren't! I guess this itself explains a lot. Furthermore, 12k and Under Motors has been in business for the 9 years serving the public. We strive daily for excellence in the services we provide and our reputation is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore, if you had an issue, you should of and know you could have contacted us so we could have tried to assist you in resolving it.

Hands down best experience

I went to other places and the experience here at 12 and under were beyond my expectations compared to other places. My fiance wasn?t too sure but they actually wowed him. I drive by here always and I see the place grow everyday . I love my vehicle and I definitely recommend this place. They went through a lot to help me and I appreciate it.
