My partner and i purchased a 2018 volvo v90cc from these
My partner and i purchased a 2018 volvo v90cc from these guys less than a month ago in Florida. Then drove it to Texas. Of course the check engine light comes on. It only had one key so we made an appointment at the Volvo dealership to have another key made/programme in Texas. . We soon learned they the car had a faulty ac line, a broken motor mount, broken torque rod, needs a new secondary battery, and already needs a new catalytic converter. Catalytic converters normally are good for more than just 5 years. We contacted auto boutique for assistance and also assistance with the warranty on 5/23/23.they said they would reach out . As of today we haven’t heard back 5/29/23. I’m Sure they are busy . Thankfully as we were leaving the Volvo dealership about the catalytic converter going out so soon. They fixed it under warranty. It’s a used car so of course you never know what you’re getting. But after reading these reviews it seems like it’s a pattern of them buying cars that have been wrecked or flooded. I’m not saying this was or wasn’t . I’m a dealers son and we repair auction cars or send them back before putting them on the lot. If we find out there was damage to the vehicle even with a clean title, we let the customer know. That’s one of the reasons my father’s dealership has no complaints. This is no dig to the salesman or staff but someone there knew the extent of the need this car needed. I’ve bought plenty of cars at auctions and through other dealerships. I understand again it’s a used car and there are problems not known , hiccups, etc. we just like good communication

ORIGINAL REVIEW AND UPDATED REVIEW: ORIGINAL: They
ORIGINAL REVIEW AND UPDATED REVIEW: ORIGINAL: They are just like every other dealer. A guy I spoke to, Alex, practically admitted the fees are nonsense and that they purposely advertise and "price below market" but then add fees to make money. Everyone study your laws, learn your rights, start calling out nonsense from Here arenthe FACTS of my experience: 1. They advertised the car for $14,500, I offered $16,500 OTD. But they wanted $18,100. 2. Here are the fees they wanted to charge: Doc Fee $899 (absurd) Electronic Filing Fee $329 (3rd party CRM companies charge the dealer maybe $20 to do this) PTA $99 (Are you charging me for use of the acronyms for Price, Terms and Addons?) Paint $499 (No one needs fake "paint protection" for a 7 year old used vehicle.) LoJack $299 (I didn't ask for it. You just did it and won't take it off?) Temp Tag $14 (Costs $5 in Florida) New Tag $299 (Actually costs $225 in Florida) Title $85 (Actually accurate. Congrats, you were legit on ONE thing.) 3. F.S. 501.976 (16) states specifically that advertised prices must INCLUDE all non-goverrnmental fees in the advertised price. Not in the fine print that no one sees unless they go on a scavenger hunt for them. Alex, the sales person I spoke with, TOLD me that they advertise below market value and add fees in the final cost to make more profit. That violates the law. PERIOD. No matter how silver tongued these lawbreakers are, there's no way of talking your way out of that FACT. Yeah, a lot of dealers do it. Doesn't make it legal. 4. Auto Boutique vaguely mentions they are a "no haggle" dealer. I think they know they aren't really, which is why they don't put this at the forefront of any communication. In fact, Alex never even used the phrase "no haggle policy" in our conversation. So either they don't know what it actually means, or they prefer to throw the phrase out there at their leisure to try to justify their actions. But they try to justify their actions with a fake definition of the term, in an attempt to make you feel like YOU'RE the problem. Lies on top of lies. In their case, "no haggle" pricing is a marketing ploy to make consumers think they are getting the best deal with no negotiating needed, but then add whatever fees they want to on top of the ADVERTISED price and refuse to budge on them. It's purposely deceptive at best. 5. There's a fairly good chance if you got a car from Auto Boutique, you paid way more than you should have. Some research into your particular model purchased will probably reveal that. I just want everyone to be aware of this company and what they are doing for all future purchases. FAR better dealers out their. P.S. I got the car I wanted for my family, from a different dealer, in better condition, with better mileage, and for $3,000 less OTD than what these guys wanted. 😁

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!! DON`T WAIST YOUR TIME!!!!!!!
I was recently pre approved with Capital One. Which means you have go through their Auto Navigator system to find a car and dealership that is partnered with Capital One. Auto Boutique was the dealer who had the car I wanted. They ran my credit with other banks, so now I have multiple inquiries and after being approved, I was asked for insurance to be placed on the vehicle, with no contract signed and more importantly this dealer has not answered any of my calls for 3 days! The phone keeps ringing and the voicemail comes on after 2-3 minutes of ringing! Left messages. No one called me back. This a clear sign not to do business with this dealership!!!!!!!!! Customer service does not exist at this place! I will call the BBB tomorrow morning to report my experience and place a formal complaint with Capital one.

I don't like having my credit pulled but when they assure
I don't like having my credit pulled but when they assure you that they can get you financed and still didn't it was a big let down. Since I've had a newer car I just paid of that was a 2yr car loan and the last one was a 3yr car loan.

Worst used car buying experience
The purchasing experience itself was simple and seamless staff seem friendly. My issue is with the vehicle itself. I purchased on 1/4/2023. The next day we noticed the right side vent only blew cold and left the whole passenger side of the vehicle windows unable to defrost. We brought it back to autoboutique on the 5th and was told we could get a phone call to schedule an appointment. After no return phone call and multiple calls and texts that went unanswered to their service dept we finally was able to get in and get it fixed. Shortly after the check engine light came on. On 1/25/23 tried calling autoboutique service manager Sam and was told I'd receive a call back. After not receiving a return phone call I decided to take it to a repair shop. Had repairs done but engine light still on. Finally took the vehicle to the Ford dealership to find out the camshaft gear need replacing totaling $4800 !! Tried to get quotes from other mechanics and they won't even touch the vehicle so I'm stuck with a useless 20k vehicle not even 1 months after purchasing from autoboutique. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Not scamming me
Wanted to buy a car but they kept adding stuff I didn't want to make the price higher. Claimed the Owners insisted on customers buying certain items. The owners are paying the bill so they can keep their car.

Turn back now.
Turn back now. Do Not Purchase. I am certain the truck I bought is damaged under shady work. I agreed to a price, I paid that price and much more. In the flurry of paperwork, I have LoJack, some paint protection, and who knows what else. I the simple contract, after line items I agreed to, 4570.35 made it's way in section J line 5, paid to others on your behalf.I netted 2k on a trade that was 9500 T.I.V, acv with CarMax around 11k, I was told they bought down my rate to match up with personal finance, which I'm sure was extra extra cash somewhere for them. I only looked at the paperwork a few days after the purchase, but be assured, there is no recourse. In the flurry of paperwork, you sign an arbitration agreement. Keep your dignity, keep your money, maintain your peace, and stay away from the dealership. The business is THIEVERY.

TURN BACK NOW
I suppose it was my own fault. I agreed to purchase at a specific price with trade in. I didn't pay only that price, I agreed to, but I paid for LoJack, some ridiculous paint protection, dealer fees, and who knows wth else. They are thieves in the highest degree. I'd contact a lawyer, but you sign arbitration agreement in the bs paperwork. I would feel guilty if I didn't warn and implore any and everyone that sees this, to turn away. I ended up getting 2k off a 9500 trade. Turn away, now, and consider other options.
