Sold me a lemon

Sold me a car with an epoxied hose and worn out non-matching tires, so they gave me $600 towards that $1K fix. Two weeks into owning the vehicle, engine malfunction lights came on. Dealership fix is around $12K. Not happy with My T Motorz selling me a lemon.

Nice People, Nice car—for 5 days! Alternator!

They were very nice and were willing to let us pay $400 that we were short to be able to afford it. We ended up being able to pay it in full the next day. Oscar was great to deal with and even told us there was an extra key that we were able to pick up 2 days later. We bought the 2010 Nissan Murano on Tues and today is Saturday. The battery died and we took it to get the battery and alternator checked. It’s the alternator. I haven’t even owned it a week. It’s going to cost me $500 minimum to repair. I should’ve bought the Mazda CX-9 from the dealer down the street that I liked better for the same price. But that one had frame damage and sales guy was “typical” used car salesman. I knew I was going to get screwed. They are all the same.

My T Motorz Excellent Customer Service

Just Paid My 2008 Lexus 350 off with My T Motorz. Car Is Still Running Good. I Must Say the Best Car I have Purchased in a long time, I Even had it Serviced at Sewell Lexus and they said they car was in perfect condition. I Highly Recommend This Place. Oscar Is Wonderful and Will Work With You. Rest of the Staff Very Friendly. Excellent Customer Service and Nice Vehicles. I will be Sending All of My Family There.

Wonderful Experience!

We were looking for a “first car” for our daughter. No pressure from sales, which was nice. Oscar, Laura and Omar were very friendly and made the buying experience pleasant. We were in and out with the perfect vehicle and have a very happy daughter.

The best for used cars in Arlington for quality and easy to work with would buy again and most likely will next year.Omar and family will treat you like you are family too.

New Audi Owner

I purchased my dream car, with no pressure from sales staff. Directed me to a lender, which was the easiest to work with. Laura, who I had not met, was very delightful to work with. She stayed in contact with me and worked with lender to follow through with additional items needed. It was a pleasure meeting her. All the staff was friendly and courteous.

Problems discovered before sale.

Was ready to buy the car, but noticed the back up camera didn't work properly. Dealer said he had driven the car and was aware of the problem, but if I wanted it fixed, he would have to add the cost of repair to the sales price. No Sale.

Awesome Experience!

It was totally a wonderful experience. No high pressure sales. Amed was calm and relaxed making it me feel calm and relaxed, especially for a young man with a new dealership. He knew his product which is refreshing and follow through with customer service to the end even repairing a minor interior problem. The car was super clean and is a thrill to drive. I predict that this young man will grow his business rapidly with this kind of business ethics. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
