Bought a used 2005 Honda CR-V from these shady folks over a month ago and have yet to use the vehicle because it has been in repair ever since. No less... than 7 major issues including A/C, door locks, catalytic converter, calipers, battery, alternator, and battery terminals. I wish I had never stepped foot on this property.

My check engine light went on during the Virus outbreak, like we don't have enough problems. I called for appointment and was schedule the next morning.... I arrived at the new facility ( I understand they had only move 3 days ago) and was promptly greeted. Due to the virus , my safety was very important to them , with sanitizing everything and keeping a safe distance. I was checked in quickly and given a courtesy car to use during repairs, which was awesome. After the shop check out my issue they called for my approval and promptly did the repairs. Picked up car same day and everything was quick and friendly.

Everything went smoothly even though we had difficulty getting the color we wanted. No one really pushy.. Worked hard to get the color. Love the Impress... hatch back.

The customers lounge Area is very nice. They have a quality beverage maker, with a good selection of coffee and tea . The facility is super clean. I feel... very comfortable just hanging out there. The restrooms were spotless. Oh by the way! I purchased their Showroom Floor Outback Limited with 2.2 miles on it! I’m 66 years old and it’s the first new car I’ve ever owned..
