*****Out of state buyers beware******** I really do not know where to start here but lets start with I purchased a Cadillac CTS V and took position of the vehicle on 7/14/26. Lets start with the issues from this date 1st test drive with the car straight off transporter the transmission was shifting very harsh and was Shuddering throughout the whole test drive. I was scared to xxxx that I was sold a car with a bad transmission. 2nd issue during the drive was car felt very wobbly in the back and as soon as I hit any uneven road car felt like it wanted to loose control. 3rd issue with the car was the radio. The radio plays for 2 to 3 minutes at a time and the whole system reboots or freezes. 4th issue with the car was coolant was empty on both tanks. Oil change was not done and car was at 75% oil life when it reached me. These are the main issues and I will not go into the amount of body and interior damage that was not told to me upfront after asking multiple times to please let me know every and any imperfections so I can know up front and decide if this is the car for me as this is a speciality car and should be in the best condition possible especially at the price I paid. I have spoken with Jb at the dealer immediately following all this but of course it was pushed over to the sales Manager and from the sales manager I was pushed to service manager who never reached out to figure out my issues. My brand new car has been at a certified Cadillac repair shop since the 1st week I received the car and have yet to get it back. Here is what I know so far The dealer did Zero service to the car and was not looked over at all. I looked over the original photos of the car for sale and from the photos of the hood open you can see that there was no coolant in the tanks. The car had old oil and a old oil filter which means a oil change was not done. Everyone knows if these 2 things were not done and looked over what makes you think they did anything else. The vehicle was also put on a lift and to my surprise the Right rear control arm was bent , the 2 rear tires were mount backwards as the outside was blatantly says INSIDE and they mounted it outside. Car was completely out of alignment as well. I have alignment spec sheets to provide for proof. The transmission on this car had a tsb which the dealer advised they knew about it and should be done but as you can see they did not. I had the service done and GUESS what it is better but did not fix the problem 100% and now I have to put a torque converter on a car I have yet to put 200 miles. The radio needed a brand new radio module called a HMI that needed to be programmed to the car. Long story short this dealer got me pretty good and held the lube while they were at it. I have not heard from them in a few weeks and not one person has reached out to see how is it going and if I got my car back. Any honest and respectful dealer would have made right by this already and checked in with me. My hopes is that this dealer makes right by me and if that is the case I will be more then happy to adjust my review. If not I will be unfortunately taking legal action. I have provided to the dealer proof of all and if anybody else needs proof please just reach out to me and I will provide. I have 100% proof of everything stated here

My experience with JB and the team at Ride N Drive was great from beginning to end. From walking in to inquire about a vehicle to them working with my limited schedule. Process was smooth and that made it a great overall experience.

I’ve had my share of less than pleasant car buying experiences, but my recent visit to Ride N Drive was a game-changer! My sales rep, JB, made the whole thing so smooth and stress-free, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. I told him what I was interested in, and he gave me some great options. After a little while, he showed me exactly what I could afford and sealed the deal! JB was incredibly professional and answered all my questions. He walked me through everything from start to finish and even took the time to sit with me and explain all the different features of the car! Because of his amazing service, I’m definitely going to recommend Ride N Drive to others and I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the market for another car. If you’re thinking about getting a new car, definitely check out JB!

We were very pleased with our experience at RideNDrive. Silvia wasn't pushy at all and genuinely wanted us to find a good car for our family. She went above and beyond to take care of us. I highly recommend doing your car shopping here if you want a more relaxed, hassle-free experience.

We went to Ride-N- Drive to look at a first vehicle for my 16 year old son. I was disappointed in the sales person I spoke to. He was not very friendly and we had to go inside to get anyone to help us despite them not being busy at all. The salesman insisted that they were an upfront company, and I suppose that was true at least in person. We were looking at a Camry priced around $15k online. It was priced the same in person; however, the salesman informed us that there is a non-negotiable $1995 dealer package included. The package was of course a ceramic coating and then a 3 year warranty on wheels and paint the way I understood it. This may be a decent value on a much higher vehicle but was ridiculous on a $15k vehicle. It represents nearly a 13% mark up that isn’t disclosed until they get you on the lot. I don’t see that as upfront. When I said I wouldn’t pay for that the salesman told me I had no choice and then said “I can’t sell everyone car”. He added that they were the best prices we would find and that all dealers would add the same thing. At that point he was done dealing with me. I never got to be shown the vehicle. I will not be returning to that dealership and wouldn’t recommend them.

First off I’d like to say they sold us a wrecked car without telling us if that’s all you need to know. The entire front bumper and side rocker panels are all different colors. Amazing. None of the body panels line up well or anything. We drove 3+ hours to look at the car on a darker overcast day in the evening so most imperfections weren’t popping out. After forcing some xx appearance package down our throat and literally the entire staff booked it before we even left the lot bc they knew they screwed us we had to drive 3+ hours back home the first time we pulled off, I noticed the exhaust pipes were smashed up and they were vibrating horribly and the tow hook bumper cover was completely missing. (They had the car backed up really close to a high curb so when looking at the car it was hidden! Such a dirty move.) afterwards we noticed all the wheel locks were missing and lazily replaced with mismatched lug nuts so all are grey and one is chrome on all wheels. The next day when we got in it with sunlight their detailer absolutely destroyed the instrument cluster with a dirty rag it’s like they dipped it in metal shavings then whipped it across the screen which wasn’t noticeable on the overcast evening we got it. And when it rained guess what 🤣 the windshield wipers both of them completely torn up and probably as old as the car. I could literally go on and on I had to replace the exhaust immediately along with wipers, bumper cover pieces and they threw cheap no name tires on a Luxury coupe car. These shameless people most likely buy dang near totaled cars and do the absolute bare minimum to get them on the lot and dump a gallon of shine on them and charge the absolute max amount like it’s a clean accident free car. All to separate you from your hard earned money and shamelessly force some BOGUS appearance package with the car. The sales lady never called us back to sort these things out because they got our money so screw us right! Everytime I look at the car I get a huge pit in my stomach knowing they stole from us and sold us a pile of garbage when we could’ve gotten a clean honest car for the same price elsewhere. Don’t be like us and get scammed out of your hard earned money.
