Went to see a car that unfortunately had sold earlier in the day, but Aaron helped me find something else that was similar to what I was looking for. He was kind and so helpful. I would go back to CarSense for my next car, and recommend them to anyone looking!

DO NOT BUY THEIR ALLSTATE "Warranty". I bought a 2016...
DO NOT BUY THEIR ALLSTATE "Warranty". I bought a 2016 jeep grand Cherokee limited with about 47k miles on the dash from Car sense in January of 2020, 7 months later a aluminum coolant pipe started to spray out coolant while I was driving. I took it to a Certified Mechanic who price the work and labor at $600. The Mechanic Called my "Warranty" that car sense sold me and low be hold.. they will not Cover not even a dime. I called Car sense and low and behold...you got it. They will not cover it nor would they even discount the service. AGAIN DO NOT BUY THERE WARRTY THEY ARE OFFERING and if so really do your homework or you will regret it.

Man Had No Heart
I had GREAT service the 1st time I visited this location after purchasing my Jeep from CarSense in Chester Springs. But this morning, DIFFERENT STORY! I was greeted warmly by Liz at the reception station but was turned away because my license had expired (which I found out a couple days ago). I wanted to get my brakes checked out bc they aren’t working properly, so GOD forbid I get into an accident bc of the jerk at the Service Desk. He said “Your license expired so unfortunately we can’t service you today.” Maybe I could see if it was an oil change or something that is nowhere near life threatening....but my brakes though. UNBELIEVABLE! Everything else is current by the way and with everything going on in 2020, I mean COME ON! Guaranteed, I’m not the only one walking around with an expired license. Furthermore, where does it say that I need an Active License to get my car serviced and or looked at?!??? I’ll be taking my car to the Jeep Dealership right down the road to my house. Thanks for nothing CarNoSense!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I started looking around but it went better than expected. No pressure, great selection, great prices, and Gerry was super helpful and wanted to ensure I left with exactly what I wanted!
