CarShop Mt. Holly

The overall sales experience was great , no pressure at all . They didn't have the exact car I was looking for at the Mt Holly location but they did at another , My salesperson Nick said that it could be transferred, and even delivered to my house at no charge , so I decided to do so , only to be disappointed when I noticed a chip on the door and that the car smelled like an ashtray . For having an extensive inspection program I find it hard to overlook these problems. It was an inconvenience to bring back and have resolved. But I would buy again.

Definitely the way car buying should be! We found exactly what we were looking for and the car was spotless. You seriously couldn't tell it from a brand new car. Our salesperson, Nick Poli encouraged us to take the car out long enough to "get a good feel for it" and remained behind at the showroom. There was absolutely no pressure. Extended warranty info and other "extras" were offered, not pushed. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. In addition to being professional and courteous, Nick's customer service was second to none in ANY industry. His follow up after the sale has been fantastic. We will definitely be back next time we need a car. Nick took all of the pain out of buying a vehicle. We highly recommend hiim.

They are very friendly and helpful. When I noticed an issue with the truck and couldn't buy it that day, they offered to bring the truck toe when it's ready. I would recommend Carsense to everyone looking to buy a used vehicle.

I recommend buying a quality used car from CarSense. I made my fourth purchase from the CarSense Mt Holly location after doing some shopping at the Hatfield location. They would have transferred the car from one to the other but I am halfway in between both and did not want to wait on the great deal I found. Between Jason at Hatfield and Dean at Mt Holly, I received excellent service. I will shop first at CarSense when I am again in the market for a car. I don't ever plan on wasting my money on a new car. CarSense just makes $$ sense.

Let me begin by saying I have NEVER had a more enjoyable car buying experience than the one that took place today. My daughter's car "died" (bad transmission) and she was challenged with less than perfect credit and a dire need to secure reliable transportation immediately. After exploring several options, we decided to go to the Mt. Holly Car Sense location armed with only "word-of-mouth" information. Immediately upon entering the location Dean approached us and made us feel like we really mattered. He took the time to explain the process and subsequently we narrowed our choices and test drove two cars. Dean was by our side the entire way. At the point of purchase, my daughter had to have her trade-in towed to the dealership. Dean and his manager Joe accommodated us by waiting until the tow truck arrived in an effort to close the sale to prevent us from having to make an additional 40 mile drive. These guys are AWESOME!! My family and I have found a new, no non-sense, high quality car dealer but more importantly, we have found new friends.

This is the second time I had purchased a car from Car Sense, with a very positive experence. I needed a car fast and knew exactly what I wanted. Within a matter of an hour Ryan Ferry not only found me the exact car I was looking for but made sure it was in a specific price range and had me in that car within 3 days.
