CarShop Mt. Holly

I really did my homework going in. I had no intention of buying a car on my first visit. I was still in the looking stages. We were greeted by Angie Cauthorn, we liked her immediately. she was knowledgeable, professional and nice to our kids. We drove cars and asked questions. I loved the no haggle policy. The staff in the dealership was friendly to us and to each other. I have always hated car shopping. Angie and Carsense was awesome, We felt like we gained a friend when we left.

Angie made sure we received the best deal possible. She was personable,professional, down to earth and easy to work with. Angie made a very personal connection with our family she took time to talk with our children and even gave them cookies she had in her lunch. Angie answered all our questions thoroughly and if she did know the answer got it right away for us. I have to say that she was very knowledgeable and did make purchasing our vehicle a great experience. We live in Pa and drove to Mt. Holly just ro deal.with her. Angie is an awesome salesperson, I had a question a week after purchasing our vehicle from Car Sense and called her to ask the question. She was not available so I left a message. Angie called as soon as she was able and answered my question and asked how the kids were. I will tell all my friends, family and co workers to go see Angie when looking for a vehicle.

I have been in the market for an SUV for about a year and it was now time to purchase one. I had been told by a friend and also by a neighbor that the Car Sense dealerships in both Mt. Holly and Hatfield had wonderful personnel and they were both extremely satisfied with the entire experience. I decided to go to Mt. Holly since it was slightly closer to my home. I had done my homework and gone online to the website and picked out a few models to see. We were matched with Angie as our salesperson. She was great! We got along beautifully and had the same sense of humor and personalities. She pulled a Ford Escape and a Rav 4 Sport for us to take a test drive in. Then the problems began....the problems being I LOVED both cars...now what??? However, as much as I loved both cars I wanted to see another Rav 4 Sport in a different color. By this time it was about 5:00pm and they closed at 6:00pm. No problem. While Angie was running numbers and paperwork for the loan, Adam called Hatfield and located the other car and made arrangements for the car to come to Mt. Holly on Monday morning for me to test drive and hopefully purchase. Then another salesman Bobby had me go over all of the paperwork that needed my signature as Angie at this point was busy with standing appointments. What a breath of fresh air not to have to go into that dealership with a knot in my stomach not knowing where to begin or how to "argue" to get the best deal. Another lovely touch which I had not known about was that they put a Bible in each car for the customer to take. What a lovely, lovely gesture. I want to thank Angie and all of the other personnel that made this the best car buying experience that I have ever had and this will be the ONLY way myself or my family will EVER purchase a car again. Thanks guys!!!

I recently purchased a car from the Mt. Holly Carsense. I needed a car fast, as my previous car was totalled in an accident. George Shaffer (my salesman) was very informative. He answered all of my questions and made buying a car simple. I was in my new car before I needed to turn in the rental car. The "shop" is comfortable and all staff members were very friendly. I only went to CarSense because I didn't want a hassle via aggressive/eager salespeople. They also happened to have the specific car I was looking for. After speaking with Matthew over the phone I was impressed at his professionalism. I felt confident at that point that a visit to CarSense was warranted and would be relatively painless. After all was said and done I was able to trade-in my car, secure financing for my new (used) car, and drive it off the lot that night - all w/o the burden of being hassled. The entire experience was easy and at no point did I feel any pressure to commit to anything. Matthew's professionalism made it an even better, shall I say "pleasant" experience...I would recommend CarSense to anyone looking for a relatively new (used) car looking to avoid the stigmas most of us associate with buying a car from a dealer.

I had decided to try Car Sense after many bad experiences with high pressure car dealers, and I was extremely satisfied with the entire process. After requesting a test drive online, I was contacted by Matt within a few hours. We made an appt. and he had all the cars I was interested in ready for me to drive. I was sold after my first testdrive :) The financing was simple, and they were prepared to meet the rates i had shopped around for. Overall, I would definitely recommend to my friends and family, that Car Sense is the way to go.

I was looking for a gently used Ford Edge, and found exactly what I wanted at Car Sense in Mount Holly. I set up an appointment and was contacted the same day by Joey to confirm the appointment and answer any questions I may have had. From the day I went in for the test drive to day I drove off with the car, Joey was very helpful. The service department even fine tuned the rotors and brakes for me while I was filling out the paper work, as I had noticed a slight shudder during the second test drive. They'll be my first choice when it comes time to purchase another car.
