We chose carsense because of they're reasonable prices and exceptional quality. Other than that we found that they're salespeople were very friendly and the process was fast and easy.

My salesman Brendon was very helpful and so was the rest of the staff there after. Everything went smooth and no haggling over prices. Was the best experience in a car dealership I ever had. Have already recommended to a few of my friends who were looking for cars.

Quality used cars with low mileage. Friendly staff with customer service attitude. It's nice to see a team who understands customer experience is very important.

Buying a car from Car Sense was the best experience I have ever had with a buying a car. As soon as I walked in...I felt comfortable and their no haggle theory was exactly that. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to a smart, professional,down to earth sales associate, Brendon Haney. I did my research beforehand and I left with exactly what I wanted...a Mercury Milan with AWD and cool black leather seats and some nice warrenties. Easy and breesy!They gave me exactly what I thought I would get for a trade in! We are already looking into going back next year when my husband upgrades his SUV. I would recommend Mt. The sales representative, Matthew Smythe made the purchase of my Saturn Sky an effortless and pleasurable experience. Matthew was very professional and accomodating answering my e-mails promptly and coming in on his day off to suit my schedule and complete the deal. He was exceptional in explaining how the convertible top worked, how the dash components worked and answered all of my questions. The dealer price was as advertised and there was no stress with the purchase. I first located the vehicle on the internet and Matt and the dealership guided me through the process of my first internet purchase while explaining all the details that had to be completed before I came to pick up the car. Matt picked me up at the airport and the completion of the deal took only a short while before I was driving my new car home.
