From start to finish, this was a very pleasant car buying experience. Henry Figueroa greeted us upon arrival at the dealership. He was knowledgeable about all of the vehicles we test drove and was helpful, never pushy. We found a pick up truck we liked and purchased it on the spot. I would recommend this dealership and Henry to anyone in the market for a used vehicle. Kudos to the entire dealership! This is the third vehicle I've purchased from Car Sense and will definitely purchase future vehicles here.

The entire car buying experience at this dealership was a pleasure. Everyone I spoke to, especially Jesse Bloomquist with whom I dealt specifically, was professional and courteous. I had searched the internet looking for a late model used car and came across the 2009 Lincoln MKz that I purchased. The car is great and exactly what was described on the internet. The no haggle pricing was a first for me and a pleasure. The car was fairly priced. Actually, priced very well from my perspective according to used car pricing guides I researched. In addition, they gave me a great trade in price for my car. Good recommendations seem to be hard to come these days in any service industry, let alone a used car dealer, but I can truly recommend this dealership and specifically Jesse Bloomquist without hesitation. I may never buy a new again as long as these folks are in business and selling cars like the one I just purchased.

From the firstb minute I entered the showroom Brendan was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He asked all the right questions ( model, price , year etc.) Alsao if we had seen any cars on-line that we were interested in. He was vjust as pleasant all thru the paperwork. I would recommend any of my friends to see Brendan. In fact my son is going to purchase a car from Brendan shortly. Overall I was very impressed with Car Sense and Brendan in particular.

Matthew Smythe answered all of our questions via internet chat with regard to a specific car I had targeted through the CarSense web site. I met him at the dealership, and he worked at helping me to understand how things work at CarSense, philosophy, pricing, service, etc. It was obvious that his concern was was more than just closing a sale. I appreciated this, and it made me feel that my satisfaction as a customer was more important than just quickly closing a sale. Mr. Smythe wanted to make sure that the vehicle wa in excellent condition, and that the detailing was complete. Everyone I encountered in the building was courteous, friendly, and showed committment to helping me out. It has been a very good experience. I purchased a good car at a fair price. I will be happy to recommend CarSense.

This was by far one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. I actually posted an inquiry online at car sense and within 10 minutes I had a follow up call from Joey at the Mt Holly office. He was very helpful and knowledgable even over the phone. I expressed my interest in a particular car that I saw online, but also let him know that I would like to see other options that were comparable to the Charger I had initially had my eye on. I then proceeded to the dealership with my wife and there was not only the Charger, but also 2 other cars waiting for us that were in line with our original car interest. He then proceeded to explain the company and their philosophy on no haggle pricing and non commision sales people. This was everything and more of what we had as far as treatment. There was absolutely no pressure what so ever and I have never been in such a relaxed atmosphere. Joey proceeded to very thoroughly answer any and all questions we had and took the time necessary to make sure we made all the right decisions. We purchased the Charger that we had initially intended to purchase after test driving all options and let me tell ya the car is immaculate. Excellent service and very fair pricing is what they both preach and deliver. I am in sales myself and know the bargaining game that most people like to try, but let me tell ya that if all sales transactions could go so smooth, they should. Joe was very courteous and professional. He made sure that my family were comfortable. The deal was locked down within a short period of time than I have experienced before with other dealerships. I will definitely recommend his professional panacea to all my relatives and friends.

No pressure car buying experience. Did not have to worry about the integrity of the salesperson or finance manager, everything was clear and upfront. Good used car selection with low miles.
