BROKE MY CAR !! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS FAR AS YOU CAN !!! Tried an online quote to sell my car and got an appointment set up for evaluation. Went to the shop and the guy told me to wait while they inspect the car. He come back 10 minutes later and said that the car is dead middle of the road. First of all, it never happened in eight years I had the car for. Secondly, they never told me that they are taking for a test drive or asked my permission if they want me to be present on the passenger side. The way it was explained to me was so sketchy and unapologetic. After the incident, the guy who drove the car was saying this was the third car he ended up in this situation. Felt something wrong with this place. Even if this was a co-incidence, the way staff handled was so unprofessional. They were just bouncing me back and forth between service department vs sales. The guy called "AJ Nelson” I had appointment with was least bothered - and I had to chase him asking questions. Finally they gave my key back and asked me to leave. No apologies, no explanation, no courtesy - Nothing !! Stay away from this place if you can. If you have no other choice - make sure you are with your car all the time !!

This is the fourth car that my wife and I have purchased from car shop. Excellence service! Highly recommended! I won’t shop anywhere else for a new car.

This is the 3rd vehicle we purchased from CarShop/Robinson. Each experience has been EXCELLENT! Nicholas was our Associate most recently. He did an exceptional job. I noticed a few things I wanted checked on the truck I was purchasing. He had the vehicle taken to a GM dealership and all issues were resolved. We have purchased a Dodge Durango, Mercedes CLA250 and most recently a Chevy Colorado Trail Boss. We are very satisfied. I tell all of my friends and family to check out CarShop when looking to buy a vehicle.

I was originally intending on “just” talking to an associate and test driving a few cars when I went to the CarShop, however upon learning more about their process and inventory I was sitting in four cars that fell comfortably within my budget and had even more amenities than I even imagined! The car we chose is perfect, but the process was educational and painless for us (and even fun!) Nick was very helpful and was knowledgeable, and if he wasn’t sure about one of our questions he quickly was able to find out the answer. At no point did we feel any pressure and the CarShop environment was welcoming and Nick was very hospitable (had snacks and drink available for us since we were missing dinner). The car we chose was a perfect fit!
