Worst experience ever I purchased a acura RDX on Wednesday 12.10. On Thursday 12.11. I realized this car was not for me. Yes I should have done more research before signing. More so I should have looked at their other reviews and reports against them with the better business bureau. I thought being one day after purchasing I would be able to return the car. They offer a 5-day satisfaction guarantee on their websites. After being unable to reach my salesperson and finding out he was out of office. I tried to reach a manager. No luck. The next day my sales person reached out. He said he wished he could help but the car was already registered. I took this as understandable until I reached out to the RI DMV and confirmed it was not registered. Finally after calling them out on this. I was offered a swap for a lower model car. Still basically at the same payments. I finally was able to reach a manager. I explained the whole situation. He went down on the price of the lower model car by not nearly enough. I explained at this point I just want to return the car and unwind the deal. He told me that was too bad and I was contracted in. I am a local guy who has been with Honda/Acura for over a decade. This is beyond disappointing.

My 2024 Acura Integra dashboard lit up as we are
My 2024 Acura Integra dashboard lit up as we are approaching our destination Middletown RI (we are on vacation from VA Beach VA) with four notifications telling me that Adaptive Cruise Control, Road Departure Mitigation, Collision Mitigation and Auto Hi-Beam problem. After settling down in our hotel I search an Acura dealership near me, the closes on is Speedcracf Acura in Warwick RI 40 mins. from Middletown. Made an appointment with Manny Aguilar for the following morning. He took care of us quickly and efficiently. Less than an hour we are out of there after diagnosing the problem and part has to be order. We came back the following morning the car was fixed within hour and a half, and the car was washed. Manny was the MAN, friendly, efficient, and joyful to talked to. We walked out happy, relieved and content. Well done Mr. Aguilar!

I just bought a 2023 Acura integra with 13,500 miles
I just bought a 2023 Acura integra with 13,500 miles which I found on cars.com. I worked out a final price over the phone and gave them a deposit. I arrived later in the week, and the car was indeed in perfect shape with no surprises. After taking it for a spin, I bought it, and am delighted. Simple. No xx. This is a nice dealership. I highly recommend them.

Sales staff was very good.
Sales staff was very good. Buying experience was good... HOWEVER... I have an out of state registration. (NH). I was issued a temporary plate for RI . Speedcraft charged me their regular doc and registration fee ($650), but refused to pick up a NH plate for me. Instead, they sent registration paperwork to my town hall (something I could and would have done myself),and told me to go get the plates myself. I own a business in RI and could not get back up to NH until after the expiration date of my temporary plates. They refused to pick up a NH plate for me, or to issue me either a new temporary plate or to loan me a dealer plate for a week. Also refused to refund any portion of the $650. This is VERY poor customer service. I will not buy a car from them again.
