So grateful to have had such a great experience at Speedcraft Acura. Our salesman Joe Bevilacqua was truly a genuine guy and never pushy in the month or so we debated on cars for my daughter, son, and ultimately myself. We went from no history of Acuras to 3 currently in our driveway. That’s a testament to Joe, Mike, and the team at Speedcraft. I will be recommending them to many people!

Wanted to make mention of the wonderful purchasing a car

Wanted to make mention of the wonderful purchasing a car experience that I've EVER had. Acura RDX A-spec just amazing! No pressure whatsoever from Kenneth "Kenny" Naylor. He was very professional, informative, and very comforting to me since this was a decision I was not too sure of making, but I really wanted to make it happen. He made it happen with no stress or pressure. Very professional Finance Manager, Heleno could have not been more professional and knowledgeable and gave me several different options with no pressure just great explanation that this old brain could grasp! LOL. All of this was smooth and did not take long at all to make it happen! I was going to go with my Credit union, but their option was so much better. And of course, cannot forget Mike, GM. He gave me options and facts. Again, ask for Kenny!! He's wonderful!!

I was interested in looking at the different types of

I was interested in looking at the different types of MDX’s. As my wife n I were roaming Mr.Ken Naylor asked to be of assistance, to which my wife replied please…and be real no xx. ( been there done that) .Mr Naylor maintained professionalism, and laughed hard and even though my wife was instantly into the top of line MDX he explained in detail the differences. After going though many questions he said and I quote” I’d LOVE to sell u the 73 k auto if that’s what you want, however your needs may be this 60k instead. ( mind u we talked a good hour first) so I gotta say he was different..not about his bottom line..but about my best fit for my families Needs! Refreshing to say the least. On the whole.it takes a good 4-6 hrs when purchasing a new automobile and this dealership has good people working there.The END guy( who u sign your life away to) was Heleno Miranda. My wife started calling him Jayson after Jayson Tatum the ball player lookalike. He ALSO was professional, courteous and great sense of humor. End result? With no fuss no muss we purchased a gorgeous brand new 2024 Acura MDX with 2 miles on it. WE LOVE IT!! SPEEDCRAFT AUTO is our DEALER N SERVICE provider from now on..I TELL ALL WHO LISTEN!!! I worked with Janelle Benjamin. She was pleasant, attentive, and knew the car well. She answered all my questions and assisted me post-sale working with the numerous features in the car. This is my first time buying a car from Soeedcraft, and I gotta say it was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Bob King and Mike, the sales manager were very professional and kept their word on everything that was spoken of over the phone before going there. Even though they were short staffed, Steve the other sales manager, made sure we got everything done with the finance part, sooner then expected. Was greeted by everyone there. Bunch of good, solid and honest people. Will definitely be recommending others to Speedcraft. Very smooth and easy from beginning to finish. Thanks guys!

The worst dealership I have ever dealt with!

The worst dealership I have ever dealt with!!! Sales person was horrible ( Michel “sales manager “) Bought used Audi from them: engine oil overfilled, empty gas tank, car was just soaked in their greasy slippery detailing solution ( dashboard, leather seats, rubber floor mats) so can’t even drive it was so slippery inside I had to remove floor mats. They told me I can’t register car myself it has to be though their agent. And months and a half later car is still not registered, so I’m stuck with car with expired temporary tag.
