Janelle and Mike H. were terrific, providing helpful information along the way. They were not overbearing, gave us space to consider the options, listened effectively, and worked with us, both in person and online over a few week period. We researched the deal we ultimately landed on at Speedcraft against other potential options and feel we landed at a great place for a nice vehicle. Straight-shooting, good people and excellent service.

My new 2023 RDX with Technology is the 6th Acura I have
My new 2023 RDX with Technology is the 6th Acura I have purchased from Mike Patullo at Speedcraft Acura.. Mike know me quite well and in total this new RDX is the 9th Acura purchased in the past 20 years. I do not shop around. Mike treats me exceptionally well and knows exactly they type of deals I am looking for. Speedcraft Acura also services all of my vehicles so when it is time to trade the vehicles are resold as Certified Pre Owned. I refuse to deal with any other salesperson because of my relationship with Mike. Speedcraft's service is first rate and so is Mike. Thank you for taking care of my automotive needs for the past many years.

In 50 years of buying cars this was by far the easiest
In 50 years of buying cars this was by far the easiest transaction I ever had. I was prepared for the usual pull and tug but what I got was fairness from both Margarita and Steven and right up to finance and Michael in sales. It was actually fun buying my RDX. You really can't go wrong doing business there.

My experience here was excellent. It was a smooth process from start to finish. The communication was very to the point and I did not feel pressured at all which was a plus! Not to mention, the wonderful Margarita gets a recognition for being patient and understanding. Lastly, I would like to acknowledge the entire team as well. I would definitely recommend them if you're in the market to purchase.

When I first met with Mike Hamilton my first impression
When I first met with Mike Hamilton my first impression of him was he was a nice down to earth guy and wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase (if I made one) and he seemed to make me feel like I was going to get a great deal.(of course I know that’s what salespeople do to make their money) and I was willing to give him an exceptional review until I started to realize what they were doing to me and that they didn’t really care about how I was treated and the money they were stealing from me, they care about their commission more (and I get that) but does not give them a right to screw me over and try to take every cent from me by not being honest with me when selling me a vehicle. So yes Mike I will say has a great (convincing) personality but I cannot give him or this dealership a good review because they took advantage of me. So if your looking to purchase a vehicle please do your research, check all the reviews and the BBB complaints (there is one similar to mine) before me buying a vehicle from them.( which I did not know about until after I made my purchase.) They are going to tell you the vehicles already come with things installed on them like the wheel locks and Vin etching that cannot be removed and you have to pay as he is adding the amount in on the sales aggreement. This is NOT true. So please read my review from start to finish and hopefully this helps before you decide to buy from them. DO NOT LET THEM TALK YOU INTO THE ARMOR ALL SMART SHIELD BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AN OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT (THEY CHARGED ME $897.00) AND IT WAS NOT EVEN APPLIED TO MY VEHICLE. They tell you it’s a great thing to have and it’s a great warranty. December 23rd, 2022 - I called Speedcraft Acura located at 883 Quaker Lane West Warwick RI 02893 to inquire about a 2023 Acura MDX Advanced Package that I saw they had on their website, I spoke to Mike Hamilton (General Sales Manager) he was very nice on the phone when we spoke. I asked him if the price listed on the website of that vehicle was the out the door price on the car and wanted to make sure there were no hidden surprise costs, he told me no absolutely not, the price I see on the website is what I pay and no hidden cost surprises. I told him I wanted to schedule a day to test drive the car so Mike said that if I gave him a deposit on the car it would be held for me and would be 100% refundable back to me if I decided I did not want the car. I gave him $1,000.00 deposit which I had no problem doing. December 26th, 2022: I Went into Speedcraft Acura, I met with Mike Hamilton, we shook hands, he took a copy of my license and handed me the keys to the car I was interested in, I took it for a test drive and came back to the dealership, sat down with Mike to go over everything, he told me that Acura sends the vehicles to the dealers with Vin Etching and Wheel locks that remain on the car and is an added accessory that I have to pay for on top of the vehicles price and cannot be removed as he is writing the price on the sales agreement, of course I paid (because I thought he was being truthful) I had no intention of talking them down on the vehicle price. I paid a total price with accessories, tax, title and whatever else they add in of $71,596.22. I told him I would bring in a bank check on Saturday December 31st 2022 at 1:00 pm. (he said they needed it by then if not before because they had to close out the year) I have a log of numerous calls to them from December til March but I can’t post all. Because it’s too long for this . But they will charge you for things and will not have what you paid for done to your car and they lie and tell you that you have to pay for things that already come on the vehicle ontop of the out the door price. It’s not true! They lie
