Best dealership ever
I stopped into Urban Motors after driving by a few times on Wadsworth and was always in disbelief on how awesome the cars looked from the street. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Gabe who was helped me with any question I had and very insightful on the inventory and helped me settle on the perfect 4Runner for me rather than trying to push the most expensive one. The dealership is a one priced store which is awesome because it doesnt feel like a normal buying experience at all its much better. No feeling of who wins or loses with negotiating, completely amazing. They also work with Credit Unions to help get financed so I got a really good rate and felt like I was helping the little guys. Gabe was very professional yet very fun to be around the entire time wasnt just about me buying a car its like I gained a true friend who cared. From the moment I stepped in to the moment I drove off with me new awesome 4Runner it was the best experience ever. Highly highly recommend the Urban Motors team and Gabe. Thank you again Urban Motors. I will be back soon!

Will never go there again.
I called to make sure the vehicle was still available. I then drove all the way down there to be told I couldn't even test drive it without being approved. I'm not getting a credit hit if I don't like the vehicle to begin with.

I am sorry you had a terrible attitude from the moment you walked in. We are all humans and we are a business that offers great customer service with a great attitude, just check out all of our other reviews. However, you rudely came into our store INSISTING to test drive a very well preserved, low mileage, specialty vehicle in our showroom. Our store has a process that first has our customer sit down to go over history and inspection, we want to make sure you are comfortable with it before just blindly sending you on a test drive. You, again, very rudely just insisted on test drive and that's all. At that time we declined your test drive desires because you were rude, difficult and refused to even want any information on vehicle other than just a test drive. You just kept on insisting we clear out our entire showroom for you to joy ride our unique low mileage car, without even giving us an opportunity to speak to you about the car. Sorry but we do not want your attitude or business.

One of the worse places you can buy a car. You can clearly tell that there's damages like the car has been in car accidents, hail damage, reeked of smoke, and they'll lie about it. They charge way too much for what the cars worth and the employees will just drop on your throat when talking about prices. Also one of the cars we checked out the 4 wheel drive wasn't working and then they had an employee check and he said it worked. They just lie and never going here again. Then they had the audacity to call and tell me to take down the review.

Amazing Service
Fantastic buying experience. Professional friendly staff. Andre and Dario were very insightful without being pushy. Great inventory and prices. Modern and clean facility. Highly recommend for buying a car or truck.
