This was the best used car buying experience I have had. HC was very helpful throughout the buying process and the financing process. But the best thing was that when an unforseen problem arose with the vehicle 2 weeks after I bought, that's when the truly great customer service kicked. HC went way out of the way to make sure that warranty work was covered and done to satisfaction. I was even allowed to use one of their vehicles while mine was being repaired. Cost of all these problems to me was ZERO. I doubt most used car dealerships would have done this, not in this fashion-with real concern for my predicament. I was surprised and impressed, and I know where I am going to look for my next used vehicle.

We have been searching for a new-to-us car for several months. We have looked at cars at new car dealerships and at independent used car lots. HC Motors impressed me with the wide variety of cars it sells and with the helpfulness and downright friendliness of its staff. All of my questions were answered and the purchase of our van went through without any trouble at all.

I had been looking for a nice used car for about 6 months. I went to HC Motors looking for a vehicle I saw online, unfortunately, someone beat me to it. So, test drove another vehicle instead. I ended up applying for loan for the vehicle. Haven, told me he would call me on Monday around noon. He kept his word and I heard from him that I was approved for my dream car, a Mercedes Benz! Haven and Dave took good care of me and my daughter. I love my car! They even recommended a mechanic for future repairs. My car is a older model, but it's in great condition and you would not it is a 2007! Dave even took the time to go on a test drive with me and my daughter and showed me how everything works!

Haeven made the car buying process easy and painless. He is very knowledgeable and easy going. Fair, personable and professional, I recommend him very highly. Go see him, you will be glad you did!

Let me start by saying that Haevan, is awesome. He handled everything professionally. The car, unfortunately, had some minor issues. I texted Haevan and he, while the office was closed on July 3rd, responded. Not only that but he followed up on the 4th, and the 5th, just to make sure that everything was being taken care of properly. He made phone calls, sent emails and texts, he was, as I stated, awesome. He truly cares about the customer and about their experience. He wants his customers to return and refer their friends\family and he will get that from me. And after all that; the issues I had were from the mechanics shop, where I took my car after purchase and Haevan still apologized for the experience. The price was great, but to top it off, he took a clunker from me and gave a good amount for it; even with a blown trans. Do yourself, your family and your friends a favor, if you are buying a used car, go here. Great cars, great prices, Amazing customer care, and I do mean care. In 2 years when I am buying my BMW, this is where I will be going.
