This company is by far the shadiest and lowest quality company I have ever bought anything from. They sold me a terrible car that broke down after 2 weeks... then dodged my calls and denied basic things they had promised. I would rather burn 5000$ than every by a car with Elite Auto again. While they had good people working at the front desk and such they didn't have any power and they're owner is a terrible human comparable to Satan himself. Everything everyone hates about buying a car is embodied with Elite Auto.
on Feb. 10th i purchased a 2004 Ford F350 super duty vin #1FTSW31PX4EA45217 i instantly found the bed of the truck would not pass inspection so was told... it would be replaced if i purchased it and was given a number to someone who had one and would replace with no cost to me if i brought it back up in a few weeks.. Now is where the problem starts i drove 2 and 1/2 hours to pick it up brought it home drove it the second time a 1/4 mile and back to the store and drove it the 3rd time not even 2 miles and it started blowing coolant every where and only 3 days after the purchase so automatically called the car lot and was told take it to someone and have it looked at but by the time i got it home and shut it off it wouldn't start again both batteries were shot called back to the lot and was ask how much would it cost to fix so i had a mechanic come by and check it out (a real licensed mechanic ) and he told me a price so i let them know nothing was done i offered to do the work myself to save them money i was told for 4 weeks by 3 different people i was gonna get the parts to repair it and still nothing then after a month of having it i was told i had to make the first payment in order to get the parts but i had already talked to the bank and they postponed the payments then the car lot lied and said the bank had it for repo so i contacted the bank yet again and they said no not at all just more lies from the employees ( Dia,Gino and Mike V ) at that joke of a place and it go's on till March 26 when i was notified by the bank that the loan had been reversed and that is was back to the car lot so i then waited till Monday for a call from the car lot which i never received so called them and low and behold they knew nothing about nothing but all of a sudden on Wed. night 2 trucks pull in and tell me their from the car lot and there to fix the truck and i told them i no longer wanted it and as the guy go's on to tell me how he has been working for the car lot for years and was like family with them and was even trying to sell me one of his personal trucks he is in between phone calls with one of the car lot employees asking what he wanted him to do and then proceeded to ask me if i had a cash app and that i would be getting a refund for my down payment once the truck is gone the very next day tried to call one of the so called managers with no answer so a text finally call the car lot on Fri. and was told the bank is responsible for the repo of the truck yet was standing there with the banks papers in my hand that said the truck was the car lots responsibility as of Fri. March 26 the bank no longer had nothing to do with it but then all of a sudden the so called manager wants to text back and say (it must have been the bank good luck ) but not knowing when you send your repo guys to a place of business that has cameras every where i wont need luck. Not to mention we found out we over charged by $2,000 on paper compared to the price it was advertised for. We learned the night the vehicle was picked up that the same vehicle had already been repoed once before and everyone knew iit had mechanical problems yet they sold it anyway. Still trying to get the deposit back from the lot and was told that deposits are norefundable even though the bank reversed the loan due to the vehicle being broken down for over a month with the lot refusing to fix it. Dont go to this lot unless you are looking to throw money down the drain.

Donot rush to buy anything here you are worned way before. I Financed a car here in Aug.2020 Returned the car after just 6 days. Now mind you the contract... says customer has 30 days to cancel and return vehicle. They sold me the car Knowingly knowing the car had a bad title history even though in that situation I believe something is still wrong. Also they sold the car to me knowing it needed an oil change, a tire plug and a wheel alignment. The car was sold as is with no warranty but they gave it a warranty with it anyway which makes no sense. Car was dropped off just 6 days later after buying it. I was never given any proper cancellation paper work or drop off paper work only offered a very very small amount of down payment which was way less than was given down. Manager Gino didnt even speak to me when I dropped car off. Until this very day I have not received down payment back. I would not ever buy anything from here no matter how bad you meed a car I would go to a more reputable dealership first.
Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with this sale team. I am happy to change this review if they hold their end of the deal. We were going... to purchase a Yukon over a month ago. We test drove the vehicle but it needed some repairs to pass inspection. We put a deposit down after signing an agreement that the repairs would be finished within a few days and he would hold the vehicle for us. Two weeks later the vehicle was still not repaired, after many excuses on their end. They told us they would put the vehicle back on the market and send us our deposit back. One month later after many calls and text, still no deposit. Even though the vehicle is indeed back on the market. The staff has been cordial and nice but actions speak louder than words in this scenario. I'd be happy to change my review if we do indeed get our money back without having to travel the 2 hours to deal with this in person.
While on my way home from my 1 hour plus commute, my car suddenly lost power on 95 South about 3 miles from this shop. I contacted 1st class towing and... a tow truck showed up about an hour later. I was informed that the car would be towed to their shop and they would repair and resolve the issue. It was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving so I was surprised to hear that they would "quickly diagnose the problem and have it fixed on Wednesday". I called on Wednesday and was informed that they were severely behind and wouldn't have a chance to look at it. Thanksgiving was Thursday so I waiting until Friday. Without a returned call, I decided to call around 3pm. "Omar" informed me that they ordered the part but no mechanic and the repair would be made asap. I called again on Saturday and was told that they wouldn't be able to make the repair until Monday due to Mechanics being off for the Holiday weekend. I called again on Monday morning for an "update" when I was informed that someone would be in touch with me in 30 minutes. Three hours went by before I called again and was told that the mechanic would be in touch with me and an update wasn't available. Another 2 hours went by before I called again and was informed that the ECM required a hard reset and that no parts were actually needed. I went by to pick up the vehicle and promptly paid the balance that they said was due after asking repeatedly if it was all inclusive. I explained that I never, not even once, received a call from their shop to advise me and I had called repeatedly over the course of 5 days. I was told by Martha that I would receive a discount but was never given one. I paid the invoice amount and retrieved the car. The next day though - I received a call from the tow operator who, very rudely, exclaimed that the tow fees were never charged and acted as though I was scamming the company. I explained that I was told a discount would be applied, that the invoice was all inclusive, and paid promptly upon pickup. Now - Today - I received a call from Martha who informed me that they made an error and the fees needed to be paid, to which, I promptly paid. Bottom Line - This company lacks Customer Service, Communication, Understanding, Follow Through, Direction, and Leadership. I would exercise caution before doing ANY business with them unless you find yourself in a similar situation where your vehicle is on the side of 95 and you don't have ANY OTHER OPTION.
Worst ever car buying experience across the board. I could go on and on but I will not just Stay Away from these crooks They lied about everything. The... repairs used the wrong parts CROOKS! LYING CROOKS. STAY AWAY
I have been casually shopping for vehicles for quite some time now. Something I've learned about this process is I have absolutely zero time for song,... dance, xxxxxxxx, and frankly shady behaviors. Most dealerships, even big brand ones, have such shady practices and inflated pricing, it's a bit absurd. They also tend to embellish. vehicles in their advertisements. With that said, communicating via text and email is the only way I interact with this type of purchase. Elite (Steve) was super helpful, straight up, fast, and no BS/frills. We got my questions taken care of and deal made within a day via text ... I do not feel pressured at all by them to make a decision and am super pleased with their very exclusive vehicle selection. Other than not getting any further deal on the vehicle, which I still would like a little something ... it's expensive, a little warranty, voluntary detailing, or just a gift is always appreciated. I do look forward to picking up my vehicle, which was already detailed and ready to take home before I test drove it (very impressive) and I would definitely recommend you deal with them. Again, NO SHADINESS! Good job boys.
