While on my way home from my 1 hour plus commute, my car suddenly lost power on 95 South about 3 miles from this shop. I contacted 1st class towing and... a tow truck showed up about an hour later. I was informed that the car would be towed to their shop and they would repair and resolve the issue. It was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving so I was surprised to hear that they would "quickly diagnose the problem and have it fixed on Wednesday". I called on Wednesday and was informed that they were severely behind and wouldn't have a chance to look at it. Thanksgiving was Thursday so I waiting until Friday. Without a returned call, I decided to call around 3pm. "Omar" informed me that they ordered the part but no mechanic and the repair would be made asap. I called again on Saturday and was told that they wouldn't be able to make the repair until Monday due to Mechanics being off for the Holiday weekend. I called again on Monday morning for an "update" when I was informed that someone would be in touch with me in 30 minutes. Three hours went by before I called again and was told that the mechanic would be in touch with me and an update wasn't available. Another 2 hours went by before I called again and was informed that the ECM required a hard reset and that no parts were actually needed. I went by to pick up the vehicle and promptly paid the balance that they said was due after asking repeatedly if it was all inclusive. I explained that I never, not even once, received a call from their shop to advise me and I had called repeatedly over the course of 5 days. I was told by Martha that I would receive a discount but was never given one. I paid the invoice amount and retrieved the car. The next day though - I received a call from the tow operator who, very rudely, exclaimed that the tow fees were never charged and acted as though I was scamming the company. I explained that I was told a discount would be applied, that the invoice was all inclusive, and paid promptly upon pickup. Now - Today - I received a call from Martha who informed me that they made an error and the fees needed to be paid, to which, I promptly paid. Bottom Line - This company lacks Customer Service, Communication, Understanding, Follow Through, Direction, and Leadership. I would exercise caution before doing ANY business with them unless you find yourself in a similar situation where your vehicle is on the side of 95 and you don't have ANY OTHER OPTION.
Worst ever car buying experience across the board. I could go on and on but I will not just Stay Away from these crooks They lied about everything. The... repairs used the wrong parts CROOKS! LYING CROOKS. STAY AWAY

I have been casually shopping for vehicles for quite some time now. Something I've learned about this process is I have absolutely zero time for song,... dance, xxxxxxxx, and frankly shady behaviors. Most dealerships, even big brand ones, have such shady practices and inflated pricing, it's a bit absurd. They also tend to embellish. vehicles in their advertisements. With that said, communicating via text and email is the only way I interact with this type of purchase. Elite (Steve) was super helpful, straight up, fast, and no BS/frills. We got my questions taken care of and deal made within a day via text ... I do not feel pressured at all by them to make a decision and am super pleased with their very exclusive vehicle selection. Other than not getting any further deal on the vehicle, which I still would like a little something ... it's expensive, a little warranty, voluntary detailing, or just a gift is always appreciated. I do look forward to picking up my vehicle, which was already detailed and ready to take home before I test drove it (very impressive) and I would definitely recommend you deal with them. Again, NO SHADINESS! Good job boys.

If I could give them no stars, I WOULD!! Never return calls! Once they have your deposit, they will ignore you! AWFUL!! Starter went out in the car 3 months... after I purchased it!
They wrote me a reimbursement check for $1000.00 that accidentally went threw the wash. I’ve been kind and patient asking for a replacement check. After... over 30 calls and countless conversations I have received nothing. They just give me the run around and never call back. I have the bill of sale and check receipt showing I paid $1000.00 over the purchase price. They placed a stop payment with Wells Fargo on my reimbursement check, and they know I didn’t receive my money. This is a terrible way to treat a customer and defines SHADY business! All I want is what’s owed to me. I WILL GET MY MONEY!!! It’s about principle at this point.
