My wife and I had a great experiencing shopping for a used car at Nucar Nissan of Norwood. Max was an excellent salesperson! We saw the car online, contacted the dealer, Nucar responded quickly, and we went that same evening to test drive the vehicle. We decided this car was good for us. We talked about what we wanted and didn't want and the dealership was very respectful about our wishes. We bought the car in a couple of hours and at no time was there any pressure put on us to purchase the vehicle. Tax, title, registration, inspection, and detailing of the car was all done by Nucar Nissan of Norwood and we picked the car up a couple of days after our initial visit. The price was as advertised and very fair. We would highly recommend that you check out Nucar Nissan of Norwood when you are shopping for a vehicle.

Bought a $30,000 BMW 330i from them at the end of January

Bought a $30,000 BMW 330i from them at the end of January there were several items that were guaranteed to me as part of the purchase agreement, I still haven’t received them and when I call no one answers, no one returns my calls. I was told 4 new tires and 4 new sets of brakes, brakes have been grinding since my second week with the car, I have been trying to get ahold of my salesman for 2 months no answer. I called the finance guy who did my deal and he no longer works there (go figure) and have been trying for the past couple weeks to work with the sales managers who every time I call no one picks up. So I spent $30,000 and now have to do a $900 brake job and also not get items that were agreed upon in the deal. I’m 3 hours away so they figure blow me off. I love my car but worst service I’ve ever received at a dealership and probably the only bad review I’ve ever left. And I hope they don’t respond to this review telling me I can reach out directly at 866-664-6048 because I’ve been directly reaching out to that number for 2 months, get the guy at the front desk who then forwards me to the endless ring of the sales managers line with no voicemail.

Left a message for Jim and never received a callback. I have been to Norwood Nissan about 11 times now and they are unable to fix a problem they created. I went there to have them fix a recall and left with a problem that my car never had for three years I have had it. They do not treat my issue as a priority and have not come up with further solutions how to get the problem fixed. Their communication is poor and I never receive a callback back from the other associate working directly with my issue. This is the second car I have bought there and I would never buy one again.

Regarding the issue with your Nissan Rogue's door lock, we've worked extensively to address it, involving both the Nissan tech line and replacing the handle and BCM. Each time the vehicle has been in for service, we've been unable to duplicate the problem, and Nissan has reviewed the data sent over. It's important to note that this issue is unrelated to the recall reprogram. While we've offered a rental car during your visits, we understand you've preferred to wait. Thank you for your response. As I have stated multiple times, I cannot duplicate the alarm issue myself. I had my car for over 3 years with NO ISSUES, then I brought it to Norwood Nissan and left the lot with this issue, so someone that worked on my car did something to cause this alarm issue. In regards to the car rental, Nissan Norwood did offer a rental, however you forgot to mention that whatever company you use only has sedans. And as I told you multiple times, I got very sick and broke my back and fractured my lower spine. That is why I have an SUV. I cannot comfortably get in and out of a sedan without experiencing extreme pain. Unfortunately due to my health I cannot drive a sedan and you were not able to accommodate that. Also, you are not committed to finding me a solution, as your manager just called me and basically said there is nothing else they can do and they cannot really have the tech department commit more unpaid hours to my car and issue. Frankly, I am tired of your service department telling me that you did me a favor by waiving my deductible. I have been to the dealership around 11 times and taken countless hours out of my work day to bring my car to Norwood. I would like nothing more than to never come back to Nissan, but you have been unable to fix the issue cause by the service department. Finally, Nissan Norwood needs to work on their attention to detail. I went to pick up my car, you gave me back the complete wrong car. I lost complete trust in the work being done at that point. And the last time I picked up my car, I was given back my car with a razor blade on the floor of the driver's side. When I reported this to member of the service department, it was not taken as seriously as it should have been. This was extremely disappointing as someone (myself, child or pet) could have gotten hurt but the razor.

The service department Jude specifically was great.

The service department Jude specifically was great. However my issue is with NuCar. I have rain guards on my windows that were supposed to be Factory rain guards at the time of purchase $450. I asked about the rain guard because one was falling down. I was told that they were not Factory but were indeed WeatherTech just off-brand. And I was charged $450 for that when I bought the vehicle and then told ny Jude they cannot be fixed. I would like them to be replaced or fixed and I shouldn't have to pay for them to be fixed when I paid $450 for them to begin with. Car dealerships already have a bad rap. You either have integrity or you don't.

They are very efficient and very accomodating! I one time had to come in to get my tire replaced, I went in without an appointment and they were able to fix my tire basically right away, without being there all day!! Everyone here is super friendly, professional, and helpful!!! Jude is always ready to go with whatever problems I have with my car (which is often lol). He is very patient and is very thorough with his work. He is also very understanding and always double checks that we’re on the same page before moving on to the next step, whether it’s the service or the finances, etc. I know my car is always in good hands when I bring it in for service!
