I can say that this was the most PAINLESS and ENJOYABLE car buying experience I have ever had!! I went to Alpha Motors looking for a car my daughter could use to drive from home to college and back as well as in La Crosse and not worry about breakdowns. Yanni was the man that helped us and he was very professional yet friendly and very knowledgeable yet not pushy! It is so refreshing to go somewhere to buy a car NOT get the run around, sales games, or high pressure. My experience was like talking to a family member and knowing that I was not being taken advantage of. What an AWESOME experience!!!

Very nice. Everything went smoothly and I got a few options narrowed down. I didn't have any problems with the dealers, I was able to get out as fast as I got in.

Moving across the country from San Diego, CA to MKE, Wisconsin for grad school during a global pandemic is daunting enough...researching and purchasing a used car in a completely foreign state with no prior connections, family or knowledge of "real weather" is downright terrifying. He supported me both in my personal research/opinions yet extended so much insight, experience, and knowledge that truly made me feel like a confident and informed consumer. I've utilized Alpha Motors for both repairs on my previous car and to buy a used car recently. I worked with Yanni, a down-to-earth, approachable, and kindhearted young gentleman with knowledge beyond his years. He helped guide my decisions without being pushy, but instead displayed facts and options. He and his dad own the dealership and promote a laid-back atmosphere that feels much more friendly than stuffy. They worked to find the perfect vehicle for me: in my price range with features and mileage I was comfortable with. I'll definitely be returning!

Andy and Yanni are both very genuine and personable people. Yanni walked my wife and I through the purchase as well as all the dashboard features of the 2015 Ford Fiesta we purchased. They had the car's paint touched up and spotlessly cleaned inside and out before I picked it up. Looks like a brand new car! I'm very happy with it after driving it for a couple hundred miles. They were right up front with a minor thing that was wrong with the car. Very honest people . Would not hesitate to do business with them again.

As far as the used car buying experience goes, shopping here was about as painless as it gets. Came interested in a car, Yanni walked my fiance and I over to it, gave us some preliminary info and then left us alone to look at it at our own pace. He wasn't pushy when we said we wanted some time before making a decision on the car, ended up buying it a few days later and the buying process was pretty simple and straightforward. We left happy with the car, nothing frustrating from the buying process.

I was greeted with a smile that lasted my whole time there! Yanni was very nice and helpful. He offered me many cars to view when I didn’t know what I wanted. He did not pressure me at all which is something I was worried about with going to a dealer. Definitely a family friendly dealership, you can tell they’re a family owned business and value their customers. He was willing to help me with the short amount of time I had to finish this process and was very nice about it!! Overall I had an amazing experience here!
