Customer service needs to follow through on repairs

Customer service needs to follow through on repairs immediately Or at least set up an appointment There is no communication unless you call them and if you do get a call From customer service they tell you who to call for your service appointment and then she asked for me to call her back to let her know my service was scheduled however, neither person will call you back the guy doing the service to your car or the customer service lady. I’m sorry to report this information because the sales department is quite different.

Process was easy and quick. With the data and information available online now, I came in knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted to look at. They were quick to answer any questions I had even after the day ended. I would recommend this dealership.

John worked extremely hard to find the right car that met

John worked extremely hard to find the right car that met our needs. Ultimately we found a vehicle at one of their other locations in another state. They thoroughly inspected the vehicle upon arrival and had it ready for us to pick up within a week.

Had a great experience with Dustin M. Very helpful and friendly through the whole process. Wasn't pushy and explained the whole picture to us with who Auto Savvy is. This was our first transaction with them and will come back when we need another vehicle.

My husband and I are very frustrated. We had a lovely experience when we went, but our car had a check engine light on it. They told us it was not a problem and that they would do an IOU and fix it as long as it was in the 30 days. We trusted them and have called over 10 times to the number and the dealership. We feel like we were scammed. The second day of having the new 2020 car we had to jumpstart it. We haven't had a phone call back and left numerous voice mails. We were so excited for our car. I wish that they would call us back and do the right thing. Their dealership was nice, but I would not recommend doing an IOU with them.
