AutoSavvy in Boise, ID is the sixth location for AutoSavvy and the first of two locations we’ve opened in Idaho. For years while doing business in Northern Utah we would repeatedly get phone calls and interested buyers from Idaho and proudly in the Spring of 2017 we opened our first Idaho store in Boise. Working with Sarah was very easy and she was very thorough and helpful. My experience was tarnished when signing the paperwork to find an extra $1000 added to the loan amount for a mandatory $200 donation to a charity of their choice, and the purchase of the apex security program. Neither of these amounts were negotiable.

I learned a lot about the make and model that I was

I learned a lot about the make and model that I was seeking from David Bailey. He is an excellent salesman. He went beyond providing information about a car at AutoSavvy Boise that met my requirements. He made and sent a video. He found details of air transportation. I live more than two thousand miles away! He followed up for an extended period trying to help me find just the right vehicle. Although I ended up purchasing at an East Coast dealership in the city where I work, I made a better informed purchase thanks to David Bailey.

Customer service needs to follow through on repairs

Customer service needs to follow through on repairs immediately Or at least set up an appointment There is no communication unless you call them and if you do get a call From customer service they tell you who to call for your service appointment and then she asked for me to call her back to let her know my service was scheduled however, neither person will call you back the guy doing the service to your car or the customer service lady. I’m sorry to report this information because the sales department is quite different.
