While the buying experience was great the repair process has been painful. I was promised to get an error fixed that I noticed during the test drive.... I followed all of their steps to get it checked out. Once their chosen shop could not fix it and a dealer had to I contacted customer service again. They responded with “go ahead and take it to a dealer. My manager approved”. I dropped my car off at the dealer on September 3rd. Between the dealer and myself we probably call 20 times a day to customer service. I have actually talked to someone twice in the three and a half weeks that the car has been there. The dealer had sent over many many emails with documentation. Still nothing. I don’t live in the same town so I left the car for convenience thinking maybe 4 days max and I would get it back. Now that we are pushing a month I am going to get (still not fixed). Had I known I would have gone through this I never would have purchased. Honestly I would sell it back at a loss and start over with a different dealer, but I am backed into a corner. I will continue to wait and hopefully over the next year get approval and will take the car back to the dealer for repairs. I am not holding my breath.

I give 3 stars because I was able to get out of my contract without much drama, however the car I purchased was not fixed properly (the frame was damaged... and not repaired). I asked if cars were fixed just as though an insurance company would do the repairs and I was told yes, this was not the case with the car I purchased. I don't know if this slipped through the cracks or is common place, that's why I suggest if you buy from here you get an independent inspection (it's worth the $75.00) to be sure you are getting a safe car.
It's refreshing to go to a dealership without an overly aggressive salesman trying to push a car on you for the sake of making a sale. Very helpful Upfront... Honesty Patient
Both Shawn and Jordan are great at being down to earth and honest with their customers. The car buying experience wasn't stressful, sales listened to their... customer, and did a great job of explaining what they represent and how they care about the people who are looking for a vehicle. Would highly recommend buying through them again and appreciate all the help in making the decision to settle on a great vehicle.
