We had a great experience during the purchase of our Ford Edge. I have to say that Millicent was a great sales person and was genuinely interested in having the car ready that we were interested in since we traveled three hours to see the vehicle. The day after we purchased our vehicle Millicent even took the time on her day off to text me to make sure we made it home safely and to make sure my wife liked her vehicle. I have to say dealers in my local area have never gone above and beyond like the people at Ricart!

Great experience buying my used Silverado. Cody and Thomas made sure that what I wanted done to my truck was taken care of before and after buying! Thomas was always quick to respond to me or call back when he wasn't available. Cody made sure that I was able to look at the trucks I was interested in and what I needed. He did not pressure me into any sale. Will DEFINITELY be back.

My wife and I stopped at Ricart looking for a used sports utility vehicle with certain accessories. Devin and Dustin showed us several makes and models. Following a test drive we selected a KIA. My wife drove the KIA for a day and discovered the vehicle did not have automatic head lights and decided she was not completely satisfied with the purchase. We returned to Ricart and without question Devin showed my wife additional vehicles. This time my wife selected a Ford Escape which she loves.
