Eric was a professional salesman. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle and if he did not know the answer he found it before we left! His personality is infectious I felt uplifted and important the entire time.Eric went over every inch of my new car to help me understand all the exciting features! I have dreaded buying a new car for a couple of years due to past experience with pushy car salesmen. However, Eric The Doctor made my car purchase such a fun and enjoyable experience, that I wish I could adopt him!
Pain free service
First service appointment on my new car and it went really wells. Communication was great. They hit the promise time perfectly. Overall it was a very good experience.
Willing to negotiate market adjustment
This dealership had plenty of inventory to choose from and were very willing to negotiate the ridiculous market adjustment down to almost zero. Jimmy Hendrix was easy and friendly to work with. Fastest paperwork completion ever. Travelled an hour to buy here.
Terrible service from service department
Beware of the service department here! Our Optima qualified for a new engine under Kia's warranty program. The vehicle's engine seized up and needed to be towed to the dealership. The dealership kept our car for over a month. When we picked it up, the radio, back-up camera and Bluetooth features no longer worked. The service rep (Mary) refused to fix these problems -- and she blamed us or the tow truck driver. All these items worked perfectly prior to the warranty work. Now Carriage's service department won't return our calls. This dealership is shady and unprofessional. We are SO disappointed.

I purchased my Kia Telluride at this location and had a great experience. I’ve been taking it here for the routine service over the past year. The service area is clean and comfortable. My service rep is Kimberly. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this dealership.
Outstanding service!
The best service from any dealership I've ever had. Incredibly prompt, pleasant, great waiting area complete with drinks and snacks. And easy to do work there because of the robust wifi. Outstanding!
