Service department is money driven and NOT customer
Service department is money driven and NOT customer focused. Quoted one price even texted price and then when worked finished much higher. I have been burned once before and I thought was just a particular service writer turns out I think this is their culture.

There check in process is highly flawed.
There check in process is highly flawed. We walked into the service department and someone said “May I help you”. They asked all the questions, verified our appt time and videoed or car. We asked about completion time and they estimated 3 hours. At 3.5 hours we inquired and were told we didn’t check in with the proper person so our service has not yet begun. xxx!?!? 2 hours later they completed one of the two tasks. We won’t be back unless it’s a recall and we will wait to see the car go into a shop bay.

I found the Carriage Kia intake personnel were very friendly and helpful today. I discovered we had an engine oil leak on our 2024 Sportage after our prior engine oil replacement. They found the problem and paid for the lost motor oil during our usage and offered to replace the engine oil and filter free for the next engine oil service interval. Thank you for your service. RJ

I walked in today around 5:30 to look at the 2025
I walked in today around 5:30 to look at the 2025 Sportage and there were 5-6 guys sitting around a table talking , 1 guy sitting in a sales cubicle, on his phone texting ,no customers around. Not one person spoke to me . I looked a Sportage in the showroom, opened the doors , looked around the inside of the car and still no one even seemed to know I was there . Finally I walked up to a guy ( also on his phone texting ) and asked a question about the trim. He asked sales guy in the cubicle and he responded with a one word answer and that was it. No attempt by anyone to help me. I walked out. It was the weirdest and worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership! Will never go back!

They are a $$ grab company.
They are a $$ grab company. They try forcing you to pay for other repairs that they caused..sloppy work.. horrible customer service. The mgr Steven is unacceptable professional and service rep..Kim is horrible. This dealership needs to be closed down

My car got taken from your back lot..and you all dont have a clue who took it.. you need security cameras that surround the whole facility. My car was never found and i file a police report and a civil suit

Brenda my wife literally drove her van to death! We had the van towed home. My truck is in the shop being repaired so between my son and daughter we were able to use their cars this week as we looked for a decent priced car. I tried Hyundai Nissan Ford Chevrolet and Mitsubishi. I came close to buying the Nissan and thought we would check out Kia first before signing the paperwork? I was so impressed with Carriage Kia of Woodstock. Our salesman Brian Sanchez was awesome. He listened to what my needs were and what my budget was. We drove the car and fell in love with it. I made a reasonable offer and they accepted it. We did have to finance which was a breeze thanks to Charles in the finance department. They gave us a wonderful tour of the dealership. The service department is amazing and the customer lounge is top-notch. This is exactly what buying a car should be like. If you are looking for a decent priced car that’s comfortable and fun to drive give my new friend Brian Sanchez a call. I highly recommend him and the dealership

My husband and I visited this dealership to test drive a Kia Carnival. We came prepared - having researched the model we were interested in and also got pre-approved from an outside lender. It's also important to note that we arranged a test drive with their scheduling system. I think these steps helped make our experience run so smoothly. While we were at the dealership for 3 hours, it was a successful visit. Eric was kind and approachable and very thorough. He was pushy but not in a negative or inappropriate way. He's sales tactics were fair and supportive of our goals. We walked out with a new Carnival that was detailed and set up for our family of 5. Thank you for a great time!

Very slow service department!
Very slow service department! I have been here 2 hours for an oil change. They just started doing it!! No one cam out when I pulled in . When I walked in 5 service people were busy, but no customers in site. When one said he could help me he said 1 1/2 hours. Long for an oil change and window. wipers. I had an appointment. Drove out of dealership at 4:45 I asked for name of service attendant . Matt he was very polite I know it wasn’t his fault. He lowered my bill, And was very nice about pairing my Car with my new phone. I may be looking for a new car, but service experience may have me looking elsewhere. I bought the car from Carriage, my second Sorento.
