Always a consistent, reliable, and pain-free experience to get my Audi serviced at Byers. I have a hectic work schedule and was over 1 hour late to my last service appointment, and no issue at all - shuttle service was A+, and they finished much earlier, which was tremendously helpful for the rest of my day. My A4 is getting older, higher miles etc. and I often consider replacing it just to avoid the hassle and cost of repairs/maintenance, but honestly Byers takes such good care of myself and my car- plus they wash & clean it, I see no reason to replace, I feel like I get the same service & treatment as someone with a brand new Audi. A++++

I had a great experience at Buyers. I went to look for a new car, and was immediately greeted and treated very well. Eva Castaneda was the sales associate I worked with, and she was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I felt an immediate connection, and she helped me pick out the car that was perfect for me and had everything I wanted. Eva is awesome and really knows her stuff! Brian Snow was also very kind and helpful and called me to answer questions when Eva was busy with other customers. Tony Cooke in Finance was so nice and helpful too, and even had my gas tank filled up when I came back to bring some paperwork he inadvertently put in my folder. And Thomas McLymont in Service made a special effort to greet me since he has been my Service Advisor many times with my old Outback. he also checked my lighter/phone charger unit himself and changed the fuse. Below I tried to write more about Eva but the survey won't allow me to enter anything. Also, the drop down choices for the vehicle brand I bought does not include Subaru so I selected Audi. I had to choose something or it wouldn't let me submit the survey.

My experience with Byers Imports (Audi) has been exceptional and I highly recommend Louis Smith. His attention to detail and customer service go above and beyond of what is expected when purchasing a new car. Whether I'm coming in for a car wash or maintenance, he is always very courteous and professional. Five years ago I purchased a 2011 Audi A8 from him and the level of service I received over the years was impeccable. I just purchased a 2018 Audi A7 and Louis was very patient with me when trying to make my decision on which vehicle I would purchase. I will continue to purchase vehicles from him and this dealership.
