Untrustworthy

Do not I repeat do not purchase from this vendor. The price of the car indicated one way, the bill of sell was four 4 k more. I was going to walk away from this dealership all together and on my long trip home the salesman called me and said he would like to make a deal. I came with my money and when I arrived he asked for more. He drafted that money off my car so fast. Once I got the car up the street to put gas in it the same light on the dash reappeared. I took it to the shop a foreign shop, of course and they let me know I had a lemon. The symbol said Mercedes, but I actually had flinston car. I made my payment every month, even had gap insurance. This car was literally running hot. I was stranded on the side of the road for hours, awaiting AAA. I didn’t even have the car a year before it broke down completely. I had the car towed home and left it. I was devastated to learn that the car would cost more to fix than the car was worth. When I called the bank to find out some information, I learned from the lender that the car was more than what the deal told me the car was at purchase. I told the lender they could come get the car, that I wasn’t paying for a breached contract. Because I let the car sit, I came out one day and the car was no longer there. I had no idea where to start looking. I asked the rental office, they were unaware. Later I learn that the car had been towed, because I had purchased a new vehicle. Still to this day the company has expressed that they retrieved the car, I have no idea what they did with it and a car that I only was suppose to pay another year on, was somehow contracted for me to pay them for four consecutive years. This place and these kinds of people are the very reason, why we move to the other side of the road, when we see some of them passing by.

DO NOT BUY FROM MBL AUTO

DISREPUTABLE & UNTRUSTWORTHY! These people are dishonest and will say anything to get you to buy a junk car. Unfortunately, my son recently purchased his first car here. The first thing the sales guy said was not true! He claimed there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car because he had been driving it for three years. It ran well and looked okay, so my son bought it, "As Is." We took it to the shop and found out it has so many problems which will cost as much to fix as he paid for the car. Several Thousands! It needs a new Head Gasket, and the rear Axel needs to be replaced. Among many other issues, not only are there numerous mechanical issues. It also has a safety issue. The Carfax showed that the vehicle had no issues. They must have purposely failed to report any of the negative problems they had with this car. Once we found out we had a lemon, we called and spoke with one of them about returning it. He immediately refused, and the individual we talked with even was arrogant enough to say that we had taken it for a test drive. Obviously, you couldn't tell it had all these terrible problems unless you could lift it up and look at it professionally. Bottom line. If you don't want to get taken advantage of, take your business to any other actual reputable and professional car dealer!!!

Some issues after purchase

So the Audi I bought started having electrical issues very soon after the purchase, the door locks and windows on the passenger side front and rear wouldn't work. One of the high beam lights went out. Going to have to buy tires quickly. Just feel that these are issues that should be addressed before you sell a car.

MASSIVE ELECTRIC ISSUES AFTER 4 HOURS

On the 29th of august I purchased a 2012 audi A6 from Razza. I drove the car 4 hours home and when I went to make a store run just a hour later the vehicle would not start. When I called to tell them I was told that the car was purchased as is and that they can't help me. There is no way that they had no knowledge of these issues.

Extreme frame damaged car sold to me

On June 8th I purchased a 2004 Toyota Sequoia from MBL Auto from the sales person Muhammad. When I asked Muhammad if it had any issues he said no that it had just passed a Virginia safety inspection. The dealership employees wrote my social security number down on a note pad with other random notes and never destroyed it. The next day I took the vehicle to get Pennsylvania state inspection. Immediately the inspector asked me to come look at the frame. The frame had been badly rusted and/or damaged and then repaired and painted to hide It. When I called MBL auto they tell me the vehicle was sold as is. After demanding to talk to the owner, they said he would call me. Raza the owner calls me and says he wants to take it back to the same shop that passed it for Virginia inspection. It was also found that the brake lines were severely rusted and had to be replaced costing me $400. The vehicle also had the following issues which I had to pay to fix: 1. Rusted brake lines causing brake fluid leak ($400) 2. Broken transmission shift cable ($300 part) 3. Burned out Park and Drive light on dashboard 4. Rear driver side door lock actuator 5. Broken mechanical radio antenna 6. Burned out fog lights 7. Severe frame damage Because of the severe frame damage this car is worthless.
