Nissan Altima

Nicky got us into a great deal. He was knowledgeable and straightforward with us. If there was any doubt or question, he would find the answer. Definitely recommend this car agency and Nicky!

Harassment

My husband and I bought a used 2018 Santa Fe from Nicky a couple weeks ago. I love the car but i would not recommend buying a car from here. About a week after we bought the car the bank was calling us to confirm some loan details but at the time of the call my husband and I were unavailable. After missing the call we both received two calls and voicemails from O'Brien, text, emails and Nicky even went to my husbands work looking for him, handing out his business card and telling my husbands co-workers he was avoiding the bank and needed to call (my husband works two jobs and was at the other job when this happened). I than spoke to Brent, a manager and who we closed the deal with and he apologized and said he told Nicky to call us later in the day when we didn't answer his call at that the bank told him they had been trying to get a hold of us since Saturday. I than called the bank to find out what times and numbers they called as I only received one call. I actually spoke to the lady at the bank who tried to call me that day and called the dealership because my phone wouldn't let her leave a message. She stated they just received the paper work today and she only called once. So on top of being harassed and having our reputation ruined, we were lied to. I had this matter taken to the general manager and he also apologized but I feel like for crossing such a line and for the things done I need a little bit more than just an apology- for heaven sakes, I gave them a $10,000 cash down payment and this is how I'm treated? If i could I would honestly give them the car back and go else where. But I have learned my lesson and will buy all future cars else where.

Bought a 2019 Ioniq from Nicky Theis.

Nicky was professional and courteous during the entire process, which lasted about 2 months as I deliberated. He never made me feel rushed. He used text msg. Email, and the phone when I preferred that.

As usual the service department did not disappoint. Renee, James & Brandon are great to work with. They always seem happy to see you and explain each thing that needs to be done. The mechanics are also very friendly and acknowledge you any time they see you. Thank you for another great appointment!!

Never have let me down!

Everyone at O'Brien Hyundai and especially the service team is always professional and friendly. I have been coming here for around 4-5 years and several of the employees in the service department, like Renee, James, and Brandon have been helping me all this time. I trust what they say about my car and they and the technicians have never let me down. I had a couple of different shuttle drivers this time and they were very friendly also.

2020 Hyundai Kona

Went to this shop after doing some research h online. I had the pleasure of working with Nicky, and he was able to meet every standard I had in buying a new car, and trading in my old. I would do through them again if I had to. They also have a nice, clean, organized shop which is always nice to see.

When I arrived for my service appointment it somehow...

When I arrived for my service appointment it somehow wasn’t in the system. Staff was very friendly though and got me right in still! They still offered to do additional services and got me in and out quickly. I could also smell the cleaner from them cleaning off surfaces in my vehicle after servicing it. In the middle of a pandemic this made me feel much safer driving away!
