Absolutely without a doubt the single worst dealership I

Absolutely without a doubt the single worst dealership I have ever dealt with. My wife leased a 2024 wrangler and had it 4 days! It died in the parking lot at work $200 tow to the othe side of town. That was Feb. 15th, still no jeep. Replaced major electrical components several times with no solution in sight. Told jeep just take it back & get her another one. They refuse to replace or refund the purchase. “It’s Jeeps problem contact them” is the only response I’ve gotten from Friendly.

We’re truly sorry to hear about the ongoing issues with your wife’s vehicle and understand how incredibly frustrating this situation has been. While we did our best to assist within the limits of the manufacturer’s warranty process, we understand that the experience hasn’t met your expectations. It’s important to note that when it comes to manufacturer buybacks or warranty resolutions, dealerships must follow specific procedures set by the manufacturer—in this case, Jeep. We are not able to unilaterally refund or replace a vehicle without following that process, but we did try to offer alternative solutions, including a trade-in option, in hopes of finding a quicker path forward. We regret that our efforts to help were not what you were hoping for, and we remain open to working with you to explore any remaining options. If you’d like to continue the conversation or revisit possible solutions, we welcome the opportunity to assist further. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help however we can within the framework we’re given.

Worst buying experience in my life. How the xxxx are they still in business? Never bought a new vehicles that didn’t run from the first day.

Keegan Fredericks made our car buying experience

Keegan Fredericks made our car buying experience pleasant. He is very personable and intent on meeting our transportation needs. We highly recommend him to others who are shopping for a vehicle. Tanner was also very knowledgeable and helpful in arranging finance and coverage for our new Jeep Compass .

Neil is a great salesman.

Neil is a great salesman. I always go to him when I buy a new car. He just sold my son a truck and he just had good things to say about Neil he said he was in and out and they did not play around like other salesman would.

Deception and lies.

Deception and lies. I recently purchased a Ram 1500. It did not come with an integrated trailer brake controller. I was told I could easily add one. When I asked what the towing capacity was the salesman told me 8200 lbs. That was incorrect because the engine and gears lower that to 6900. No big deal. My camper is 3200 lbs. The real capacity is far less. I have now been told I cannot add the brake controller, OEM or aftermarket. That renders the truck almost useless. Without a controller for trailer brakes I cannot safely or legally tow my camper. I simply cannot use the truck for what it’s intended for. I’ve raised my issue to the dealer and get the sorry we have not been able to help rectify this issue and they are monitoring future updates to help. How does that help the fact they misrepresented and lied about the trucks capability. The salesman agreed with me when I raised my concerns but that got me nowhere. You owe me the truck you sold me and the one I have is not.

I have tried 2 times to get an oil change with the oil

I have tried 2 times to get an oil change with the oil change package I bought with my new Jeep. Both times I was told 2weeks. Sales department is great but service is terrible. That is a reason I will not buy another car from them. The only problem is I am out the money I spent on the oil package. I guess I will live and learn. Hope this helps someone to not make the same mistake I made. Very disappointed.
