    Service dept failed to properly diagnose issues with a car we just purchased from this dealership. They were rude and unprofessional. They did not communicate... well and our service representative was incredibly disrespectful. She is the reason we will not be back to purchase or service any vehicle.

    Carry 2017 ford f-150 for rust on rearend an driveshaft got denied twice, service manager trent an a lie an dont call anybody back . ford dont stand behind... there trucks or dealership an want buy ford again .called ford warranty claim service they also didnt help me will warranty also lied too. Dont buy ford or u will regret it

    I sent my car in for a simple repair at 7 a.m. yesterday morning and have yet to receive my car back. When I call, I get sent to voicemail. Take your cars... elsewhere.

    Shannon was very cordial and very helpful. When I told him what I wanted, he showed me an Escape they had just gotten in. It had all the features I wanted.... He made my search and purchase very smooth. I am enjoying my Ford Escape Titanium. It's the exact color, inside and outside, I wanted. Thank you for an exceptional experience.
