I just purchased my third vehicle for this dealership. Each and every time has been a pleasure. I just purchased a 2025 Bronco from Hannahh. I couldn’t ask for better. She was very friendly and professional, handling every question I had with speed and efficiency. The service department has been top notch over the years as well. From oil changes to repairs, I can’t think of a single thing to complain about.

Staff are great, respectful and listens. Soon as we get out of the car, the staff encourage us to think of what type of vehicle we wanted. Then he showed us the varieties of cars, and the features. When we test drive the car, he showed us the different highlights of the car. I am impressed more of how respectful and great Ruben Banks is. If any of you wants to change a car, I highly recommend the Ford Tuscaloosa branch. Everybody in this branch are great people.
