Bullied me to pay cash
I had the pleasure of having Ahmahd help me look at at car- he’s great- No cockiness, no xx, very patient, answered all of my questions, just a great experience overall. I came back the next day to put money down on the car to hold it but Lou was so rude to me I decided not to do business with this company. He was literally bullying me to get me to pay cash, badgering me about what I said on the phone earlier in a very accusatory manner. I DID change my mind about cash vs financing- I have every right to, I didn’t sign anything, made no promises- he has no right to badger me like that- there were two witnesses that both apologized for his behavior multiple times. I would be happy to speak with the owner about this in more detail. I was almost in tears after the way he talked to me and I’ve been working with the general public for 20+ years, I’m pretty thick skinned. You need to know how your employees are treating customers because it’s affecting your business- I feel bad Ahmahd didn’t make a commission on this car, but Lou left such a bad taste in my mouth I’m going to look elsewhere.

We do believe (and based on many great reviews as well) that the employee in question was working in your interest. Also behind the scenes that employee is the reason you received the car on a Saturday going above and beyond to get your vehicle a vin check on a Saturday morning before we opened to accommodate your busy schedule, which leads me to say that even though you say you did not purchase a vehicle you did purchase that vehicle and you ended up financing with us. We truly hope that you have great luck with this vehicle and that if you need anything with your vehicle please reach out we are always here to help.
