They are very pushy and not very honest. It took weeks to get my title sent so I could license my vehicle. I gave them a $500 hold and it was to be credited to my purchase. It was not, even after they repeated it would be. If you have time to stay on them daily, then you may be happy.

Worst experience ever!!!! I purchased a 2022 Subaru Impreza Premium from them and they told me the car had a 151 point Inspection that it passed and new tires and was in great condition. The very first night I went to drive the car the issues were already present. My drivers side window would not stay rolled up. I went through a drive thru and when I tried rolling up the window, it would go up then right back down. I tried the button at least 10 times before the window stayed up. Then I noticed my front end by my hood and the headlights there was more space on one side than the other. My bumper was actually starting to fall off. Also I ended up with a huge screw in my tire and when I went to get it repaired/replaced I was told the tires were NOT new they were 4 years old and the tire I needed repaired already had one repair in it previously. They are LIARS! And I’ve text and called and sent pictures of every wrong and Leo ignores everything. Do not go to them.

I purchased a 2014 Porsche Boxster from this dealership. I'm across the country, so this was a car I would need delivered to the East Coast. I had a mechanical inspection performed which came back a-ok. The car is a rebuilt title, and the price was discounted, but not to the degree expected for a rebuilt title. I decided to buy the vehicle, as the options and color combo were somewhat rare. The sales experience was somewhat frustrating, as I had to request updates and pre-purchase information multiple times before I received it. This was a theme throughout the entire purchase, and I was not happy with the overall service experience. The delivery driver pre-inspection revealed a number of chips, scrapes, and other light body damage that was not shown in the listing photos, nor disclosed by the dealer during the negotiations. None appear severe, but will require some reconditioning to address. The dealer clearly did the bare minimum in reconditioning the vehicle prior to sale. The dealer had not been forthcoming in providing an accurate description of the vehicle condition, and the price was ultimately beyond what a rebuilt title would have garnered based on the condition. I feel they took advantage of a sale that was not in-person, and while it was my decision to proceed, I don't feel they were straightforward in their pricing based on the condition of the vehicle, and were not forthcoming with respect to the vehicles exterior condition. I would not recommend this dealership, especially if you need your car shipped, and can't inspect it yourself in person.

Prices are ridiculously high, right along with their interest rates. Would rather walk than buy anything from them

Big O Auto was a real nice experience. They had a real nice Honda that was really rebuilt well. Jackson even went so far as to give me a virtual test drive. Yes. He recorded the drive and showed that everything worked and that there were no CELs. And even tho I’ve only had the car for a couple of weeks, it’s driving great. Big O Auto is a nice place to do business.

The car we had an interest in disclosed it was a branded title. We requested to know what athe damage was. They sent a photo of passengers side of vehicle indicating it was quarter panel frobt and back damage ..nothing more. We ran a VIN # check. Found photos from auction house..it contained photos showing damage to both sides of the car..extensive damage to drivers side. It noted undercarriage damage as well. We made an additional inquiry to dealership "Was there damage to the driver's side of the vehicle?" Their reply was "No. There was no other damage to the car." We have no interest in a dealership that is far from truthful about the car they are trying to sell. SO BUYERS BEWARE..RUN YOUR OWN VIN TITLE SEARCH and don't accept what this dealership is telling you.

We bought a Jeep from them and we had the engine light come on on the way back home. They said they Would be willing to fix it so they put a new Cadillac converter in it and we were driving it back home and it turned back on and they said they will not fix anything else. We also went to do a trade-in and we are out of state about three hours and they said yes you guys have your vehicle reserved and we got there and someone was signing papers for the vehicle. I would highly not recommend using This dealership, if there is an option to do a half star, I would give it very disappointed. They are they also will clear engine lights before selling

I haven’t been to the dealership for a while, but I was impressed by the guys at Big O Auto. I first met Leo, who warmly welcomed me and asked, ‘How can we help you today?’ I told him what I was looking for, and he immediately provided all the details about the car. He then assigned my case to a young guy named Grant. I test drove the car, pointed out my concerns, and they addressed everything after their mechanic did a thorough diagnostic and explained everything. They stuck to the sticker price, insisting it was a fair price for the kind and condition of the vehicle I was buying. I kind of understood where they were coming from, and based on my research, I agreed. The paperwork went smoothly, and I drove off with the car the next day. I would recommend anyone shopping for a car to go see them.
