Duet Chevrolet

Felt like I was buying from a family member. Anthony is a great sales guy. Nothing we asked that he didn?t have an answer for. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that we were interested in. We looked at a trax? it was junk. Then we saw a pre owned Blazer. A little more than we wanted to spend but Anthony and his team made it work in our budget range and we couldn?t be more happy with the car and The Dyer Team.

Service could be better.

Service had us in and out quickly. Our service advisor did not listen to my requests. We have the dyer difference package and purchased the best warranty package available. They had to ask for my paperwork to show we had it... shouldn't that have already been in the system at the dealership? We asked to have our items reapplied that came with dyer difference... I can tell you that they weren't.. because my headlights came out dirty.

Dyer Kia

Customer service was amazing. Thanks to the team that were there. My car was serviced in no time. Not to mention I did not have an appointment and the car was done in less then 2 hours.

The service department lacks service starting with their

The service department lacks service starting with their ability to communicate with their customers. A consumer should not have to take their vehicle in 4, 5, and 6 times for a repair that only leads to diagnostics ran and no repairs. A consumer shouldn't have to receive the rum around just because of the incompetency of service advisors, techs, and whomever else plays a role in the service center experience or lack of. I'm beginning to believe this xxxx poor management of the service department is a tactic to get consumers to become frustrated enough to do a trade in. The sales guy swoops in to save the day! What a great customer experience UNTIL DYER KIA has to service your vehicle. This isn't my first experience with this. Dyer KIA got me last time with that scenario. I promise you it won't happen again. Dyer KIA your service department is the worst I've ever encountered! I promise to spread the word because an informed consumer will be a consumer that will be one less consumer spending at your business.

I went in for a routine oil change and the service was done within an hour.

Purchase of EV6

Clean and friendly dealership, staff was available to answer all questions, sales staff, mainly Matt Allen, were professional, knowledgeable, and will to help. No pressure and negotiated honestly and provide all information requested. I drove two hours one way to visit the dealership and came back to purchase.
