Glen was not truthful to me about my car's diagnostics. It was comical only because he started sweating, stuttering and avoiding eye contact with us while he was giving us intentional disinformation.

Staff went above and beyond to get a deal done for me. I don’t have the best credit but it didn’t matter, they treated me with kindness and respect, like I was a millionaire walking through there. It was no pressure, no xx, and very accommodating. Plus I LOVE my new Subaru

My experience with this dealership was amazing. John Williams was an awesome salesman. From start to finish, the process was streamlined, everyone was very courteous and helpful. If the wife would let me, I'd be trading in my Honda for a new Outback. Lol

Literally like pulling teeth to get warranty work
Literally like pulling teeth to get warranty work completed on a car with sub 10k miles. Despite providing clear evidence that the a noise is reproducible — proving the issue is indeed a warrantable item — the dealership dismissed my concerns and denied warranty coverage solely due to the presence of aftermarket parts. They refused to properly diagnose the problem without charging me labor, even though I provided a simple, no-cost method to replicate the failure. Subaru of America has confirmed that aftermarket parts alone are not valid grounds for denying a warranty claim, yet the dealership continues to hide behind this excuse rather than address the actual mechanical issue. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a certified Subaru service center ignore a clear case of a defective OEM part. I’ve opened a case with SOA, and I hope they hold this dealership accountable — because customers deserve better than being stonewalled over technicalities and misdiagnoses. Guess that’s why they’re known as stealerships.
